一、為鼓勵國內各級學校學生社團關注海洋議題，發展海洋社團，辦理海洋活動，本會於明(116)年編列旨案補助經費計新臺幣80萬元(倘116年度預算經立法院刪減，補助金額將配合調整)。
二、申請期間：自116年1月1日起至116年11月1日或補捐助經費用罄。
三、申請及審查方式：
(一)依本會鼓勵各級學校社團辦理海洋活動補助原則第4、5點辦理實質審查。
(二)請於本會「海洋領域補助案入口網」(網址：https://proje
(三)ct.oac.gov.tw/Login.aspx)申請帳號，經核准後登入系統進行各欄位填寫。
(四)如經審視需修正內容，將於系統退回。經修正無誤後，再以紙本公文(相關附件須為加蓋學校關防及校長簽章之正本)，郵寄本會憑辦。
(五)活動辦畢後之經費核銷及成果報告程序亦同。
(六)為落實公職人員利益衝突迴避法第14條規定，爰請申請單位申請時，併同填具「未違反公職人員利益衝突迴避法切結書」。

I. To encourage student organizations across all levels of domestic schools to focus on marine issues, develop marine-related clubs, and organize marine activities, this Association has allocated a subsidy budget of NT$800,000 for the year 116 (please note that the subsidy amount is subject to adjustment should the 116 fiscal year budget be reduced by the Legislative Yuan).
II. Application Period: From January 1, 116, to November 1, 116, or until the allocated subsidy funds are exhausted.
III. Application and Review Process:
(1) Substantive reviews will be conducted in accordance with points 4 and 5 of the "Principles for Subsidizing Marine Activities Organized by Student Organizations at All Levels of Schools" established by this Association.
(2) Please register for an account on the Association's "Marine Domain Subsidy Project Portal" (URL: https://project.oac.gov.tw/Login.aspx). Once approved, log in to the system to complete the required fields.
(3) If revisions are required upon review, the application will be returned via the system. Once the corrections are finalized, please submit the application via official paper document (all relevant attachments must be originals bearing the official seal of the school and the signature of the President) by mail to this Association for processing.
(4) The procedures for expense liquidation and the submission of final outcome reports following the completion of the activities shall follow the same process.
(5) To comply with Article 14 of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, applying units are required to complete the "Affidavit of Non-Violation of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest" at the time of application.
