一、活動名稱：【教學實踐研究計畫成長系列：啟航篇-教學實踐研究計畫書撰寫】一日工作坊
二、活動說明：
(一)本校執行115年度教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫，透過積極辦教師專業成長工作坊、推動跨校教師社群及建置區域基地跨校支持系統。爰此，因應116年計畫徵件期程將至，特規劃於115年10月16日(五) 辦理【教學實踐研究計畫成長系列：啟航篇-教學實踐研究計畫書撰寫】一日工作坊，協助有意提案老師精進計畫撰寫且提高通過率。
(二)本工作坊以入門引導與實作演練為核心，帶領教師從自身教學現場出發，重新檢視課程中所面臨的問題與需求，逐步將教學問題轉化為具體且可探究的研究主題，並進一步連結研究方向、課程設計與計畫書撰寫。活動亦融入生成式 AI 於教學現場之應用，引導教師思考新興工具如何適切融入課程設計與教學實踐。期望透過一日工作坊循序漸進的引導、實作與交流，協助教師釐清教學實踐研究計畫的規劃脈絡，降低初次申請與撰寫計畫的門檻，並將自身教學經驗逐步轉化為具研究性與可執行性的計畫構想，作為後續申請及持續精進教學實踐研究之基礎。

I. Event Title:
One-Day Workshop on the "Teaching Practice Research Project Growth Series: Launch Phase – Writing Teaching Practice Research Proposals"
II. Event Description:
(1) In accordance with the Regional Base Project for the 115 Academic Year Teaching Practice Research Project, our university actively organizes professional growth workshops for faculty, promotes cross-institutional teacher communities, and establishes a regional support system. To prepare for the upcoming call for proposals for the 116 Academic Year, a one-day workshop titled "Teaching Practice Research Project Growth Series: Launch Phase – Writing Teaching Practice Research Proposals" will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026. This workshop aims to assist faculty members interested in submitting proposals to refine their writing skills and increase their chances of approval.
(2) Centered on introductory guidance and practical exercises, this workshop guides faculty members to start from their own teaching environments, re-examine the problems and needs encountered in their courses, and gradually transform teaching issues into concrete, researchable topics. It further connects research directions, curriculum design, and proposal writing. The event also integrates the application of Generative AI in teaching environments, guiding faculty to consider how emerging tools can be appropriately incorporated into curriculum design and teaching practice. Through step-by-step guidance, practical application, and professional exchange, the workshop is expected to help faculty clarify the planning framework of teaching practice research projects, lower the threshold for first-time applicants, and transform teaching experiences into research-oriented and executable project concepts, serving as a foundation for subsequent applications and the continuous improvement of teaching practice research.
