各位師長 好：
有關本校教師評鑑「研究」項目終身免評申請，說明如下：
1.依據本校「教師評鑑辦法」第七條規定，教師於本校服務期間，累計獲得國家科學委員會計畫達12年或12件者，得檢具相關證明簽經所屬單位、院，並經「教師評鑑委員會」核准後，「研究」項目終身免評。
2.符合前述資格且欲申請「研究」項目終身免評之教師（含原慈大及原科大教師），敬請填寫附件「研究終身免評鑑申請書」，經單位主管及所屬學(書)院院長簽核後，於115.10.13(星期二)前，將書面申請書送至中央校區研發處，本處將轉「教師評鑑委員會」審議。

Dear Faculty Members:
Regarding the application for Permanent Exemption from the “Research” Category in the University Faculty Performance Review, please note the following:
1.According to Article 7 of the University is Rules for Faculty Performance Review, faculty members who, during their service at the University, have accumulated a cumulative total of either 12 years of NSTC-funded projects or 12 approved NSTC projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council may apply for a permanent exemption from review in the “Research” category. Supporting documents must be submitted and approved by both the department and college, and subsequently by the Faculty Performance Review Committee.
2.Faculty members who meet the above qualifications and wish to apply for a permanent exemption from the “Research” category (including former Tzu Chi University and former Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology faculty) are requested to complete the attached Application Form for Permanent Exemption from the Research Category, obtain approval from their department head and college dean, and submit the duly signed hardcopy application to the Office of Research and Development, Central Campus by Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The Office of R&D will then forward the application to the Faculty Performance Review Committee for review and approval.
