說明：
一、為落實課堂理論與實務結合，本館自116年1月4日至116年1月29日止，共計20天(160小時)的寒假實習活動(扣除例假日)；實習期間請事假超過3日者，視同實習成績不合格，將函知學校，學生退回該校自行處理。
二、請貴校協助彙整欲報名至本館實習學生的「申請暨自傳履歷表」，於115年10月30日(星期五)前以紙本公文函復本館(以郵戳為憑逾期不受理)，以利後續審核作業。
三、本館116年寒假可提供36名申請，皆提供館內住宿，亦可住宿自理，請學生考量自身情況後再提出實習申請；本館宿舍收費於報到當日繳納租金每人新臺幣1,800(下同)元整，另收押金500元整(押金於鑰匙繳回時核退)。
四、本館實習屬實務經驗學習課程，故不提供任何薪資及其他津貼，亦不提供實習期間的保險事宜，確定錄取之實習生須請貴校提供學生之保險證明。
五、寒假實習生錄取名額有限，本館將依學生符合錄取條件限制、實習組室志願序、填寫自傳內容、相關學經歷條件，決定實習生錄取名單。名單預定於115年11月27日(星期五)前經核定後公布於本館官網(https:／／www.nmmba. gov.tw/)，未錄取者不再另行通知。
六、為促進本館指導人員與學生之間交流，本館將於115年10月17日（星期六）上午10時舉辦「寒假實習體驗營」，內容包括各組室實習工作介紹及實習場域導覽。體驗營參加對象為有意申請實習之學生，請於115年9月30日（二）前完 成 線 上 報 名 （ 報 名 網 址 ：https:／／forms.gle /d9BnYbm8ZoPkYBLs8）；錄取後未出席者，本館將斟酌影響後續寒假實習錄取資格。
七、檢附本館「受理大專院校學生申請寒暑假實習作業須知」、「寒假實習生申請暨自傳履歷表」及「116年寒假實習生需求一覽表」各1份。
Notes:
1. To integrate classroom theory with practical application, the Museum is offering a winter break internship program spanning 20 days (160 hours) from January 4, 2027, to January 29, 2027 (excluding weekends and public holidays). Interns who take more than three days of personal leave during the program will be deemed to have failed the internship; the Museum will formally notify the student is school, and the student will be returned to the school for further handling.
II. Please assist in compiling the "Application and Autobiography/Resume" forms for students wishing to intern at this Museum. Kindly submit the documents via official correspondence (hard copy) by October 30, 2026 (Friday)—based on the postmark date; late submissions will not be accepted—to facilitate the subsequent review process.
III. The Museum offers 36 internship placements for the 2027 winter break. On-site accommodation is provided, though students may also arrange their own lodging; please consider personal circumstances before applying. Accommodation fees are payable upon check-in: a rental fee of NT$1,800 per person (all currency figures herein are in New Taiwan Dollars) and a security deposit of NT$500 (the deposit is refundable upon the return of the key).
IV. The internship program is designed for practical experience and learning; therefore, the Museum does not provide wages, allowances, or insurance coverage during the internship period. Students selected for the program must provide proof of insurance issued by their respective schools.
V. The number of openings for the winter break internship is limited. Selection will be based on the students i eligibility, preference rankings for specific internship departments, autobiographical statements, and relevant academic or practical experience. The finalized list of selected interns is scheduled to be announced on the Museum is official website (https://www.nmmba.gov.tw/) by November 27, 2026 (Friday); applicants who are not selected will not be notified individually.
VI. To facilitate interaction between Museum supervisors and students, the Museum will host a "Winter Break Internship Experience Camp" on October 17, 2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 AM. The event will include introductions to the work of various departments and guided tours of the internship facilities. The camp is open to students interested in applying for the internship; please complete the online registration by September 30, 2026 (Tuesday) at the following link: https://forms.gle/d9BnYbm8ZoPkYBLs8. Please note that failure to attend after registering may be taken into consideration regarding eligibility for the actual winter break internship program.
7. Enclosed herewith are one copy each of the following: "Guidelines for Processing Winter and Summer Internship Applications from College and University Students," "Application and Autobiography/Resume Form for Winter Interns," and "List of Winter Internship Vacancies for 2027."
