一、申請表送件時間：自即日起至115年10月16日止。
二、申請資格：
1.具本校正式學籍之在學學生，且志願參與服務學習者，均可申請。
2.申請者前一學期學業成績總平均須達70分以上、操行成績80分以上，且未受申誡以上懲處(新生免附)。
3.曾服務於其他行政單位者、家境清寒或具特殊狀況者或具校內外服務經驗者，得於申請時提供佐證資料供審查參酌。
三.申請方式：.學生請填妥「總務處服務學習助學金申請表」(如附件)送交導師簽核，並附上以環境友善為主題之論述報告，以書面於10月16日(五)下班前送交給總務處審查。
四、本次申請者預計錄取最多三名，將於審查確認錄取名單後，另以mail通知申請人。
五、服務學習時數可安排在學期間或寒暑假期間進行。
六、「慈濟大學總務處服務學習助學金實施辦法」如附件，申請前請詳閱。

2. Eligibility Criteria:
Currently enrolled students with official student status at Tzu Chi University who are willing to participate in service-learning.
Applicants must have achieved an average academic grade of 70 or above and a conduct grade of 80 or above in the previous semester, with no record of reprimand or severe disciplinary action. (New students are exempt from providing academic and conduct transcripts.)
Applicants with prior service experience in other administrative units, those from low-income or special circumstances, or those with relevant on-campus/off-campus service experience may submit supporting documents for review.
3. Application Process:
Applicants must complete the "General Affairs Office Service-Learning Scholarship Application Form" (attached), obtain their advisor is signature, and attach an essay on the theme of environmental friendliness. Hard copies must be submitted to the General Affairs Office for review by the end of the workday on Friday, October 16.
4. Admission Quota: A maximum of three students will be selected for this scholarship. Admitted applicants will be notified individually via email after the review process is completed.
5. Service Hours: Service-learning hours can be scheduled during the academic semester or during summer/winter breaks.
6. Regulations: The implementation measures for the Tzu Chi University General Affairs Office Service-Learning Scholarship are attached. Please read them carefully before applying.
