一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署115年8月27日臺教國署國字第1150073415號函辦理。
二、本計畫旨在協助消弭城鄉教育落差及照顧偏鄉弱勢學生受教權益，提供全國偏遠地區國小學生課後線上英語陪伴環境，以每週固定時間、視訊教學方式與大學端英語學伴進行交流。
三、旨揭計畫擬招募具備良好英語能力及服務熱忱之全國各大專校院在學大學生與研究生擔任英語學伴。為使貴校學生深入瞭解計畫宗旨與偏鄉英語遠距教學情況，特辦理實體招募說明會，場次資訊如下：
(一)中山大學場次：
1、時間：115年10月1日（星期四）上午11時至下午1時。
2、地點：國立中山大學國際研究大樓錫俊廳會議室。
(二)文藻外語大學場次：
1、時間：115年10月2日（星期五）上午11時至下午1時。
2、地點：文藻外語大學行政大樓3樓A302教室。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the directive issued by the National Education and Pre-school Education Administration of the Ministry of Education on August 27, 2026, under reference number 1150073415.
II. The purpose of this program is to assist in bridging the urban-rural education gap and to safeguard the educational rights of students in remote and disadvantaged areas. It aims to provide elementary school students in remote regions across the country with an online English learning environment after school hours, through regular weekly sessions and video conferencing to interact with university-level English learning partners.
III. The program intends to recruit undergraduate and graduate students from universities and colleges nationwide who possess strong English proficiency and a passion for service to serve as English learning partners. To enable your students to gain a thorough understanding of the program's objectives and the situation of remote English distance education, we are organizing an in-person recruitment briefing session. The details of the sessions are as follows:
(1) National Sun Yat-sen University Session:
1. Time: From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on October 1, 2026 (Thursday).
2. Venue: Meeting Room, Xijun Hall, International Studies Building, National Sun Yat-sen University.
(2) Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages Session:
1. Time: From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on October 2, 2026 (Friday).
2. Venue: Room A302, 3rd Floor, Administrative Building, Wenzao Ursuline College of Languages.
