一、依據本部115年5月21日臺教學(三)字第1152801749號函辦理。
二、為鼓勵學生認識數位/網路性別暴力防治議題，並發揮創意以影音及繪畫方式進行宣導，本部辦理旨揭比賽。依本活動辦法，本年度首次加入短影音「人氣獎」，由主辦單位於收件截止後，上傳至網站供大眾宣傳及按讚投票。活動網址：https://www.facebook.com/deosop。
三、請貴校協助轉知所屬師生，踴躍觀賞短影音組參賽作品，並依個人喜好為支持之作品按讚。票選期間自即日起至115年9月22日止，將依高中職組及大專校院組各組參賽作品於投票期間所獲得之「讚」數，分別選出各組人氣獎得主；其他Facebook心情符號反應不列入計算。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the directive of the Ministry, dated May 21, 2026, under the reference number Taisxue (San) No. 1152801749.
II. To encourage students to understand the prevention of digital/internet gender-based violence and to promote creativity through video and painting, the Ministry is organizing the aforementioned competition. According to the rules of this event, the "Popularity Award" for short videos has been introduced for the first time this year. After the submission deadline, the organizing unit will upload the entries to the website for public promotion and voting. Event website: https://www.facebook.com/deosop.
III. Please assist in informing your faculty and students to enthusiastically view the short video entries and cast their votes by liking the videos they support. The voting period will run from today until September 22, 2026. The winner of the "Popularity Award" will be selected based on the number of likes received for each entry in the high school and college categories during the voting period. Other Facebook reactions will not be counted.
