一、新生「夏季制服」發放：
(一)日期：115年10月7日（三）
(二)時間、地點：
09:30-12:30中央校區東川堂休閒桌椅區。
13:30-16:30介仁校區聯合辦公室前木桌區。
09:30-16:30建國校區北川堂。
(三)領取制服時，請各班班長帶領6位同學至以上地點依簽收單領取。
二、請各班依簽收單數量發放：
(一)如有數量不符，請即向廠商反應並處理。
(二)簽收單請於10月8日(四)前繳回：
1.中央校區：賴進興組長，分機11201。
2.介仁校區：張世超校安，分機31250。
3.建國校區：張加琨校安，分機22493。
三、修改及增補：
(一)日期：115年10月14日（三）
(二)時間、地點：
09:30-12:30中央校區東川堂休閒桌椅區。(制服、休閒服)
13:30-16:30介仁校區聯合辦公室前木桌區。(休閒服)

I. Distribution of "Summer Uniforms" for New Students:
(1) Date: October 7, 2026 (Wednesday)
(2) Time and Location:
09:30-12:30: Leisure Seating Area, Dongchuan Hall, Central Campus.
13:30-16:30: Wooden Table Area in Front of the Joint Office, Jieren Campus.
09:30-16:30: Northchuan Hall, Jianguo Campus.
(3) When collecting the uniforms, please have the class monitor lead six students to the designated locations to receive them according to the delivery receipt.
II. Please distribute the uniforms according to the quantities listed on the delivery receipt:
(1) If there are discrepancies in the quantities, please immediately contact the supplier to report and resolve the issue.
(2) Return the delivery receipts by October 8, 2026 (Thursday):
1. Central Campus: Mr. Lai Jin-Hsing, Extension 11201.
2. Jieren Campus: Mr. Zhang Shichao, Security Officer, Extension 31250.
3. Jianguo Campus: Mr. Zhang Jiakun, Security Officer, Extension 22493.
