一、本校教育研究所楊淑晴教授研究團隊目前進行「多元文化善終觀點量表」（Multicultural Good Death Perspective Scale）研究。本問卷旨在了解一般成人與大學生對善終及生命末期相關議題之看法，並作為後續學術研究與量表發展之參考。
二、本次調查採線上填答方式進行，相關事項說明如下：
(一)本問卷採匿名方式填答，資料僅供學術研究與量表發展使用，並依研究倫理與個人資料保護原則妥善處理。
(二)填答對象以全國大專院校本國學生、外籍學生及一般成人為主。
(三)問卷連結：https://forms.gle/KJcPS92UHU17ph5P7。
(四)若以手機填答，請將手機轉為橫向畫面，以確保選項完整顯示。問卷結束後，填答者若願意參加抽獎，可於最後留下電子郵件信箱，該信箱僅供中獎通知使用。抽獎獎項包括 1,000 元、500 元、300 元及 100 元商品卡若干名。
**Announcement: Survey on Multicultural Perspectives of a Good Death**
The research team led by Professor Yang Shu-Ching from the Department of Education at Tzu Chi University is currently conducting a study titled "Multicultural Good Death Perspective Scale." This survey aims to understand the perspectives of general adults and university students on the concept of a good death and related end-of-life issues. The findings will serve as a reference for subsequent academic research and the development of the scale.
The survey will be conducted online, and the following details are provided:
1. The survey is anonymous, and the collected data will be used solely for academic research and scale development. All information will be handled in accordance with research ethics and personal data protection principles.
2. The target respondents include Taiwanese and international students from universities and colleges across the country, as well as general adults.

4. If completing the survey on a mobile device, please rotate your phone to landscape mode to ensure all options are fully displayed. After completing the survey, participants who wish to enter a raffle may provide their email address at the end. This email will only be used to notify winners. The raffle prizes include several gift cards worth NT$1,000, NT$500, NT$300, and NT$100.
