一、為加速推動智慧城市發展，本府特舉辦「智慧沙盒創新計畫」。旨在透過「全民許願」與「專業實踐」的雙軌結合，將民間創意轉化為針對社會需求的具體解決方案，建立由民眾觀點出發的創新實踐場域。
二、本活動第一階段「點子海選」已圓滿結束，現正進行第二階段「專業解題」線上徵件，歡迎具備創新技術與解決方案之團隊踴躍參與。第二階段重點內容摘述如下：
(一)參賽對象與組別：分為學生組、社會組及企業組，每隊1至5人（未滿18歲需經法定代理人同意）。
(二)學生組報名說明：凡國內高中職、大專院校或研究所在學學生皆可組隊參賽，並得設置指導教師（指導教師不計入團隊人數限制，且可指導多個團隊）。
(三)解題方式：可選用第一階段海選之熱門提案解題（可獲外加計分最高5分），亦可自行提出創新議題解題。
(四)報名與文件繳交時間：即日起至115年10月7日止（採線上報名）。
(五)決賽（Demo Day）暨頒獎典禮：訂於115年11月25日於本府進行成果展示。

一、To accelerate the development of smart cities, the City Government has organized the "Smart Sandbox Innovation Program." This initiative aims to combine the dual approaches of "Public Wishes" and "Professional Practice" to transform civilian creativity into concrete solutions addressing societal needs, thereby establishing an innovative practice environment from the perspective of the public.
二、The first phase of this event, the "Idea Selection," has been successfully completed. We are now proceeding with the second phase, the "Professional Problem-Solving," which is open for online submissions. Teams with innovative technologies and solutions are encouraged to participate. The key highlights of the second phase are as follows:
(一) Eligibility and Categories: The competition is divided into three categories: Student Group, Social Group, and Enterprise Group. Each team may consist of 1 to 5 members (participants under 18 years of age must obtain consent from their legal guardians).
(二) Student Group Registration: All students currently enrolled in high schools, vocational schools, colleges, universities, or research institutions in Taiwan are eligible to form teams and participate. Each team may also appoint a supervising instructor (the supervising instructor is not counted within the team member limit and may supervise multiple teams).
(三) Problem-Solving Methods: Teams may choose to address the popular proposals selected in the first phase (which can earn an additional maximum of 5 points) or propose their own innovative topics for problem-solving.
(四) Registration and Document Submission Period: Submissions must be made online from today until October 7, 2026.
(五) Final Competition (Demo Day) and Award Ceremony: The final competition and award ceremony are scheduled to take place on November 25, 2026, at the City Government, where participants will present their results.
