一、依現行菸害防制法規定，電子煙等類菸品禁止製造、輸入、販賣、供應、展示、廣告及使用。另菸害防制法部分條文修正草案業經行政院院會審議通過，規劃將「持有」納入禁止及處罰範圍，緩衝期屆滿後，持有電子煙等類菸品者將處新臺幣3萬元以上10萬元以下罰鍰，並沒入相關物品，請協助轉知所屬加強宣導。
二、國民健康署為利持有電子煙民眾妥善處理相關物品，自115年9月8日起於全國各縣市衛生局及衛生所等處設置電子煙回收點及專用回收桶，提供民眾免具名投遞。
三、本縣共設置34處電子煙回收據點，回收據點名冊、宣導海報及電子煙丟棄情形照片，分別如附件1、附件2及附件3，請善加運用。
**Announcement Regarding the Prohibition and Disposal of Electronic Cigarettes and Similar Products**
**I. Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes and Similar Products**
According to the current Smoke-Free Environment Act, the manufacture, importation, sale, distribution, display, advertising, and use of electronic cigarettes and similar products are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the draft amendment to certain provisions of the Smoke-Free Environment Act has been approved by the Executive Yuan. The amendment plans to include the act of "possession" within the scope of prohibition and penalties. After the grace period expires, individuals found in possession of electronic cigarettes or similar products will be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$100,000, and the relevant items will be confiscated. Please assist in disseminating this information to your respective units and strengthen awareness campaigns accordingly.
**II. Nationwide Electronic Cigarette Recycling Program**
To assist the public in properly disposing of electronic cigarettes, the Health Promotion Administration has established electronic cigarette recycling points and dedicated recycling bins at health bureaus and health centers across all counties and cities in Taiwan, starting from September 8, 115. These facilities allow the public to anonymously submit their electronic cigarettes for recycling.
**III. Recycling Points in This County**
A total of 34 electronic cigarette recycling points have been set up in this county. The list of recycling points, promotional posters, and photographs illustrating the disposal of electronic cigarettes are provided in Attachments 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Please make effective use of these materials.
