各位教師 您好：
有關「教師出席學術論文發表補助」相關申請事宜，為維護您的申請權益，特此重申以下重要規範：
•辦法適用截止日：本辦法條款適用期限至民國 115 年 12 月 31 日止。
•認定標準：補助適用基準一律以「學術會議舉辦日期」為準，並非提出申請之日期。
•申請要件：
1.本校專任教師或約聘講師(含)以上之職級得申請。
2.限發表者，且一篇以一人申請為限。
3.國外論文發表之資格門檻（若申請國外研討會，須具備下列資格之一）
門檻一（學術期刊）：檢附申請日前2年內，以本校名義且為第一作者或通訊作者發表（含接受刊登）於所屬學群第四級（含）以上之學術期刊 1 篇（兼任行政主管者不受期刊等級限制）。
門檻二（產學實務）：檢附申請日前2年內，以本校名義且為計畫主持人或發明人之學術暨實務產能至少（含）3 件（如：專利、產學、技轉或校外計畫等；產學內含之前期技轉僅能擇一計算）。
•提醒：每篇期刊或產能限一人申請及認列 1 次，且成果獎勵與國外論文發表補助僅能擇一申請。

**Notice Regarding the Application for the "Faculty Attendance at Academic Conference Support Program"**
Dear Faculty Members,
To safeguard your application rights, we would like to reiterate the following important regulations regarding the "Faculty Attendance at Academic Conference Support Program":
**Applicability Period:**
The terms and conditions of this program are applicable until **December 31, 2026**.
**Recognition Criteria:**
The eligibility for support is determined solely by the **"date of the academic conference"**, not by the date of application submission.
**Application Requirements:**
1. **Eligible Applicants:** Only full-time faculty members or lecturers (and above) of this university are eligible to apply.
2. **Limitation on Applications:** Applications are restricted to the presenter of the paper, with one application per paper.
3. **Qualification Threshold for International Conferences (If applying for an international conference, one of the following qualifications must be met):**
- **Threshold One (Academic Journal):** Submission of one academic journal article (published or accepted for publication) within the past two years, authored by the applicant as the first author or corresponding author, and published under the university's name in a journal ranked at the fourth level or higher within the applicant's academic field. (Note: Administrative supervisors are exempt from the journal ranking requirement.)
- **Threshold Two (Industry-Academia Practical Achievements):** Submission of at least three academic and practical achievements (such as patents, industry-academia collaborations, technology transfer, or external projects) within the past two years, with the applicant serving as the project leader or inventor, and published under the university's name. (Note: Only one of the achievements can be counted if it involves prior technology transfer.)
**Reminder:**
Each academic journal article or achievement can be claimed by only one individual for support, and only once. Furthermore, applicants may choose to apply for either the academic achievement reward or the international conference support, but not both.
Please pay special attention to these requirements if you intend to apply for support.
