一、為促進大專校院咖啡專業技術交流，推廣精品咖啡文化，並提供學生展現咖啡沖煮技術與實務能力之交流平台，本校辦理「2026第一屆暨大杯全國大學院校手沖咖啡沖煮賽」，歡迎全國大學院校在學學生踴躍參加。
二、本競賽訂於115年10月3日（星期六）假國立暨南國際大學管理學院342教室辦理，採三階段（初、複、決賽）進行，透過競賽及賽後講評交流，促進各校學生咖啡沖煮技術與經驗交流。
三、本競賽參賽資格為全國大學院校在學學生，正取48名、備取8名，報名費每人新臺幣800元，包含賽事指定練習用豆220g1包；報名期間自即日起至9月20日止，額滿提前截止。

I. To promote the exchange of professional coffee skills among higher education institutions, popularize the culture of specialty coffee, and provide students with a platform to showcase their coffee brewing techniques and practical abilities, our university is hosting the "First National University Hand-Drip Coffee Brewing Competition at CJU." We warmly welcome all currently enrolled students from universities and colleges across the country to participate enthusiastically.
II. The competition will be held on October 3, 2026 (Saturday) in Room 342 of the College of Management at National Chi Nan University. It will proceed in three stages: preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds. Through the competition and post-event evaluations, we aim to foster the exchange of coffee brewing techniques and experiences among students from various institutions.
III. The eligibility for participation is limited to currently enrolled students from universities and colleges nationwide. There will be 48 regular participants and 8 alternate participants. The registration fee is NT$800 per person, which includes one 220g bag of competition-specified practice coffee beans. Registration will be open from today until September 20, and will close early if the quota is reached.
