依據本校「慈濟志業體同仁子女、孫子女暨所屬中學學生就讀慈濟大學獎勵辦法」辦理。
一、符合本辦法第三條核獎對象「慈濟志業體所屬中學（含國中部）應屆畢業生者。
1.請填寫「慈濟所屬中學學生（高中部、國中部）獎勵金申請表」。
2.符合「學雜費獎勵」資格者，檢附高中或國中畢業證書影本。
3.同時符合「成績優異獎學金」申請資格者，請檢附相關成績證明文件影本。
4.檢附與申請人戶名相同之銀行（或郵局）存摺封面影本。
5.申請表請親自簽名後，於115年9月23日前送至教務處招生策略中心業務承辦人收。
二、符合本辦法第三條核獎對象所訂「慈濟志業體同仁子女、孫子女」應屆畢業者。
1.請填寫「慈濟志業體同仁子女、孫子女獎勵金申請表」。
2.符合「學雜費獎勵」資格者，檢附：
(1)「祖父、母」或「父、母」之在職證明書正本
(2)戶籍謄本正本
(3)高中、國中畢業證書影本。
3.同時符合「成績優異獎學金」申請資格者，請檢附相關成績證明文件影本。
4.檢附與申請人戶名相同之銀行（或郵局）存摺封面影本。
5.申請表請親自簽名後，於115年9月23日前送至教務處招生策略中心業務承辦人收。
※符合領取本獎學金資格之學生，如有下列情形之一，取消該學期及續領獲獎資格。但遇有特殊事故經簽請校長同意者，不在此限。
一、新生入學申請保留入學者不得申請本獎學金。
二、在學期間休學、退學、或轉學者，取消獲獎資格，且須返還該學期已領取之獎學金。
※若同時符合本辦法及財團法人中華民國佛教慈濟慈善事業基金會或其他志業體提供所屬教育志業體學生各類就學獎助辦法之資格，擇優擇一發給。

**Announcement Regarding the Application for the Tzu Chi University Scholarship for Children and Grandchildren of Tzu Chi Foundation Staff and Graduates of Tzu Chi-Affiliated Schools**
In accordance with the "Regulations for the Scholarship of Children and Grandchildren of Tzu Chi Foundation Staff and Graduates of Tzu Chi-Affiliated Schools" of Tzu Chi University, the following procedures are hereby announced:
**I. For applicants who are graduates of Tzu Chi-affiliated schools (including junior high divisions) as defined in Article 3 of the Regulations:**
1. Please complete the "Application Form for Tzu Chi-Affiliated School Students (Senior High and Junior High Divisions) Scholarship."
2. For those eligible for the "Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Scholarship," please submit a copy of your senior high or junior high graduation certificate.
3. For those who also meet the criteria for the "Academic Excellence Scholarship," please submit a copy of the relevant academic performance documentation.
4. Please submit a copy of the cover page of a bank (or post office) savings book under the applicant's name.
5. After signing the application form in person, please submit it to the Business Officer at the Admissions Strategy Center, Office of Academic Affairs, by September 23, 2026.
**II. For applicants who are children or grandchildren of Tzu Chi Foundation staff, as defined in Article 3 of the Regulations:**
1. Please complete the "Application Form for Children and Grandchildren of Tzu Chi Foundation Staff Scholarship."
2. For those eligible for the "Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Scholarship," please submit the following documents:
(1) An original copy of the "Employment Certificate" for the applicant's grandfather/grandmother or father/mother.
(2) An original copy of the applicant's household registration extract.
(3) A copy of the applicant's senior high or junior high graduation certificate.
3. For those who also meet the criteria for the "Academic Excellence Scholarship," please submit a copy of the relevant academic performance documentation.
4. Please submit a copy of the cover page of a bank (or post office) savings book under the applicant's name.
5. After signing the application form in person, please submit it to the Business Officer at the Admissions Strategy Center, Office of Academic Affairs, by September 23, 2026.
**※ Important Notes:**
Students who meet the eligibility criteria for this scholarship will have their qualification revoked for the current semester and any subsequent renewals if any of the following circumstances apply. However, exceptions may be made for special cases upon approval by the University President.
1. Freshmen who have applied for deferred admission are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
2. Students who withdraw, take a leave of absence, or transfer during their studies will lose their eligibility and must return any scholarship received for the current semester.
**※ If an applicant is eligible for both this scholarship and any other scholarship provided by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Charitable Foundation or other Tzu Chi-affiliated organizations, only the most advantageous scholarship will be awarded.**
