一、為幫助同仁掌握健檢報告的關鍵紅字，看懂血壓、血糖與血脂等代謝症候群指標。透過醫師的專業解讀，引導同仁從被動看報告轉為主動預防，消除數據焦慮，並在日常生活中落實飲食與運動調整，有效阻斷慢性病風險。

二、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次。

三、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，諮詢時間：每人每次15分鐘。

**Announcement: Health Lecture and Consultation Service for Faculty and Staff**
To assist faculty and staff in understanding the key indicators in their health checkup reports, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid levels associated with metabolic syndrome, we are pleased to offer a professional lecture. Through the expertise of our physician, this session aims to empower participants to transition from passively reviewing reports to actively preventing health issues. By alleviating anxiety related to health data and guiding practical adjustments in diet and exercise, we hope to help everyone effectively mitigate the risk of chronic diseases.

In accordance with Article 3 of the "Labor Health Protection Regulations," to ensure the safety and well-being of our faculty and staff, the university is required to employ physicians and nursing staff to provide on-site health services for workplaces with more than 300 employees. Our physician is on-site service frequency is once every 1–2 months.

- **Consultation Topics:** Interpretation of health reports, recommendations for medical specialties, individual disease consultations and chronic disease education, occupational injury and disease diagnosis and prevention, workplace environment improvement and protective equipment recommendations, return-to-work and job placement after occupational injury, and consultations on occupational stress and overwork-related injuries and illnesses.
To respect the privacy of our faculty and staff, this service operates on a reservation basis. Each consultation session is allocated 15 minutes for one-on-one discussions.
If you have any questions regarding your health checkup reports or other examination results, please bring them along for the consultation on the day of the event.
