「洄瀾居所」為東部地區首座多元性別健康支持與社群空間，提供性與健康預防、個案支持、身心整合與藥癮減害工作。透過洄瀾居所在地服務經驗分享，引導教職員生看見不同處境者背後的生命故事與需求，理解減害、支持及友善環境的重要性，進而反思社會標籤與污名對健康的影響。

Huilan Residence is the first gender-diverse health support and community space in eastern Taiwan, offering services in sexual and health prevention, case support, mind-body integration, and harm reduction for drug addiction. Through sharing the local service experiences of Huilan Residence, this event aims to guide faculty, staff, and students to recognize the life stories and needs behind the diverse circumstances of individuals, understand the importance of harm reduction, support, and a friendly environment, and reflect on the impact of social labels and stigma on health.
