各位師長、同仁、同學，大家好：
學校持續提供餐費補助，希望兼顧師生的用餐需求、餐點品質及經濟負擔。因應供餐成本變動，目前正研議116學年度學餐自付額（每餐由師生自行支付的金額）方案，尚未定案。
為了解大家實際的用餐經驗、對規劃方案的看法及所需的協助，總務處事務組誠摯邀請您撥冗填寫本問卷。調查結果將彙整作為學校評估餐費規劃及與餐廳溝通的參考。
調查範圍：中央校區同心圓餐廳、建國和介仁校區妙膳廳
填答對象：全校教職員生（最近沒有在學餐用餐者也歡迎填答）
填答時間：約 5 分鐘，採匿名填答，不需登入

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
The university continues to provide meal subsidies to ensure that the dining needs, food quality, and financial burdens of our community are appropriately addressed. In response to fluctuations in catering costs, we are currently considering the self-payment amount for meals in the 116 academic year (the amount that faculty and students pay per meal), but no final decision has been made.
To better understand your actual dining experiences, your opinions on the proposed plans, and the support you may require, the Affairs Section of the General Affairs Office sincerely invites you to take the time to complete this survey. The results will be compiled and used as a reference for the university's assessment of meal fee planning and communication with the catering services.
Scope of the Survey: Tongxin Yuan Restaurant at the Central Campus, and Miao-Shan Hall at the Jianguo and Jieren Campuses
Target Respondents: All faculty, staff, and students of the university (those who have not recently used the university cafeteria are also welcome to participate)
Estimated Time to Complete: Approximately 5 minutes
Survey Method: Anonymous, no login required
Deadline: The survey will close at 23:59 on October 4, 2026
