為推動校園創新創業發展，本校特與 LINE PROTOSTAR（新星計畫）合作辦理本次競賽。期盼透過結合當前主流之生成式 AI 技術與 LINE 龐大生態系資源，鼓勵大專院校學生跨領域組隊，發想並實作具備商業潛力之創新對話式服務。為協助參賽團隊快速掌握提案精髓與技術應用，本競賽特於初審收件前規劃「賽前線上工作坊」。課程內容涵蓋 LINE 生態系商業模式解析、AI 輔助開發技巧，以及使用者體驗（UX）設計，旨在協助不同科系背景之學生，皆能在短時間內產出具競爭力之概念原型（MVP）與商業提案。
一、競賽及工作坊重要資訊如下：
(一)參賽資格：全國公私立大專校院在學學生（含碩博士生），鼓勵跨院系所組隊報名。
(二)賽前線上/實體工作坊日期：115年9月12日(星期六)。
(三)採線上報名。
(四)初審收件截止日：即日起至 115 年 9 月 20 日（星期日）23:59 止。
(五)決選日期：115 年 10 月 16 日（星期五）。

To promote innovation and entrepreneurship on campus, our school has partnered with LINE PROTOSTAR to host this competition. We hope to encourage college students to form interdisciplinary teams and develop and implement innovative conversational services with commercial potential by combining current mainstream generative AI technologies with LINE is vast ecosystem resources. To help participating teams quickly grasp the essence of their proposals and technical applications, this competition has planned a "Pre-Competition Online Workshop" before the initial submission period. The course content covers LINE is ecosystem business model analysis, AI-assisted development techniques, and user experience (UX) design, aiming to help students from different academic backgrounds produce competitive concept prototypes (MVPs) and business proposals in a short period of time.
I. Important information about the competition and workshop is as follows:
(I) Eligibility: Currently enrolled students (including master is and doctoral students) of public and private colleges and universities nationwide. Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged to participate. (II) Pre-competition online/in-person workshop date: September 12, 2026 (Saturday).
(III) Online registration is required.
(IV) Preliminary review deadline: From now until 23:59 on September 20, 2026 (Sunday).
(V) Final selection date: October 16, 2026 (Friday).
