一、為遂行教育部校外賃居學生輔導政策，主動關懷本校校外賃居學生，注意其生活環境安全與作息，預防意外肇生。
二、針對本校學生進行校外賃居訪視，一學年訪示一次，由導師、輔導教官進行訪視，了解校外賃居學生相關生活作息及環境安全。
三、訪視期程自115年９月７日至5月20日前，訪視完後並將相關訪視紀錄(照片)，登錄於本校現居地管理系統，以建立相關資料。
四、訪視禮品可至三校區學生務處生輔組簽領(洗衣精+柔軟精,一人一份)：
(一)中央校區：學務處生輔組陳秋燕校安。
(二)介仁校區：聯合辦公室張世超校安。
(三)建國校區：學務處課指組湯定榮。
五、請各位班導師針對校外賃居學生在校外租居協助掌握，請各位學生上系統填寫現居地管理，請導師上系統填寫訪視情形。
六、系統登錄連結：
學生端：進入學生資訊系統—＞宿舍作業—＞現居地管理（住宿生免填）
導師端：進入校務資訊系統—＞導師系統—＞非住校生查詢—＞住居選擇租屋—＞出現藍色字（租屋）即填寫訪視情形，沒出現表示學生沒有填寫賃居地
**Official Announcement: External Rental Student Visitation Program**
To implement the Ministry of Education is policy on the guidance of students residing off-campus, the university will proactively care for its students living in external accommodations, ensuring their living environment is safe and their daily routines are well-managed, thereby preventing any unforeseen incidents.
The university will conduct annual visits to students residing off-campus. These visits will be carried out by homeroom advisors and guidance officers to understand the students i living routines and the safety of their environments.
The visitation period will run from September 7, 2026, to May 20, 2027. After the visits, relevant records (including photographs) will be entered into the university is current residence management system to establish comprehensive documentation.
Students may collect visitation gifts (laundry detergent + fabric softener, one set per student) from the following locations:
- Central Campus: Student Affairs Office, Student Support Section, Ms. Chen Qiuyan, Campus Safety Officer.
- Jieren Campus: Joint Office, Mr. Zhang Shichao, Campus Safety Officer.
- Jianguo Campus: Student Affairs Office, Course Guidance Section, Mr. Tang Dingrong.
Homeroom advisors are requested to assist in monitoring students residing off-campus. Students are required to update their current residence information in the system, and advisors should record the visitation details accordingly.
**System Login Links:**
- Student Portal: Access the Student Information System > Dormitory Operations > Current Residence Management (students residing in dormitories are exempt from this requirement).
- Advisor Portal: Access the University Information System > Advisor System > Non-Dormitory Student Inquiry > Residence Selection > Rental Housing > Click on the blue text (Rental Housing) to enter visitation details. If the blue text does not appear, it indicates that the student has not provided their rental address.
