115學年度第一學期賃居生安全教育專題講座暨賃居座談會
為提升學生賃居安全意識，增進學生對租賃契約、居住安全及防災減災等相關知識之瞭解，學務處辦理「115學年度第一學期賃居生安全教育專題講座暨賃居座談會」，敬邀全校學生及教職員踴躍參加。
一、活動對象
全校學生及教職員(有備午餐，便當或餐盒，二選一)。
二、報名方式
本活動名額有限，額滿為止，請至本校活動系統完成報名。
三、講座內容
本次講座敬邀花蓮縣政府地價科派請專業人員擔任專題講師，針對校外賃居及居住安全相關議題進行專題講授與案例宣導，內容包括：
校外賃居相關契約及租賃注意事項。
1.學校宿舍、住家等居住環境之安全事項。
2.居家用電安全及常見用電問題。
3.防災、減災觀念及相關安全措施。
4.校外賃居常見案例分享與安全宣導。
5.中賃居相關問題交流及座談。

1.本活動名額有限，請事先至本校活動系統報名。
2.報名額滿即截止，請有意參加者儘早完成報名。
3.請參與人員依活動時間提前入場。
4.有獎徵答獎品數量有限，送完為止。

**Announcement: Safety Education Lecture and Off-Campus Housing Forum for the First Semester of Academic Year 115**
To enhance students i awareness of off-campus housing safety and deepen their understanding of rental contracts, residential safety, and disaster prevention, the Student Affairs Office is organizing the **Safety Education Lecture and Off-Campus Housing Forum for the First Semester of Academic Year 115**. We sincerely invite all students and faculty/staff members to participate actively.
**I. Target Participants**
All students and faculty/staff members of the university(Lunch is provided; choose either a bento box or a meal box).
**II. Registration Method**
Due to limited capacity, registration will be closed once the quota is reached. Please complete your registration via the university is event system.
**III. Lecture Content**
This lecture will feature guest speakers from the Hualien County Government is Land Value Section, who will provide specialized instruction and case presentations on topics related to off-campus housing and residential safety. The content will include:
- Matters concerning rental contracts and precautions for off-campus housing.
- Safety considerations for university dormitories and private residences.
- Household electrical safety and common electrical issues.
- Concepts and measures related to disaster prevention and mitigation.
- Case studies and safety awareness regarding off-campus housing.
- Q&A and discussion on issues related to off-campus housing.

**V. Prize Quiz**
A prize quiz will be held during the event. We encourage everyone to participate!
- **Prizes:** A set of practical gifts, including laundry detergent and fabric softener.
- **How to Win:** Simply listen attentively to the lecture and actively participate in the quiz for a chance to take home these useful prizes!
**VI. Purpose of the Event**
Through specialized lectures, real-life case studies, and forums on off-campus housing, this event aims to help students establish correct concepts regarding rental agreements and residential safety. It will also enhance their knowledge of contract reading, electrical safety, disaster prevention, and mitigation. Additionally, the forum will facilitate communication to better understand students i housing needs and collectively create a safe and secure learning and living environment.
**VII. Important Notes**
1. Registration is limited to a set number of participants. Please register in advance via the university is event system.
2. Registration will close once the quota is reached. Early registration is strongly recommended.
3. Participants are requested to arrive at the venue before the scheduled start time.
4. Prize quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Lunch is provided; choose either a bento box or a meal box.
6. Any changes to the event details will be communicated through official university announcements.
