二、凡本校領有榮譽國民證或輔導期限內之第二類退除役官兵，欲申請者者，請自行參閱附件資訊內容。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter No. 1152500781 dated August 24, 115, from the Veterans Affairs Council.
II. Any student of this university who holds a Certificate of Honored National or is a second-class discharged military personnel within the period of guidance and wishes to apply should refer to the information provided in the attached documents.
