一、本校收件期限：115.9.1(二)至115.9.28(一)
二、申請資格︰(一)設籍新北市4個月以上，就讀國內公私立大專校院及高中職之原住民族在學學生、(二)未領有其他政府機關及公營事業單位之獎助學金、(三)114-2無記過以上處分
三、繳交文件：
(一) 學業優秀獎學金：申請書暨領款收據、114-2成績單暨獎懲紀錄(證明)、低收入戶證明(若無則免)、戶口名簿影本(勿省略記事)、郵局帳戶影本
(二)升學獎學金：申請書暨領款收據、學生證影本或在學證明、戶口名簿影本(勿省略記事)、郵局帳戶影本
四、本獎學金申請時，申請標準如下：
(一)學業優秀獎學金：(1)五專二至三年級及大專校院：學業成績平均75分以上；具低收入戶證明，學業成績平均60分以上，發給1萬元整、(2)研究所：學業成績平均80分以上，碩士班發給1萬5,000元整，博士班發給2萬元整；具低收入戶證明，學業成績平均60分以上，碩士班發給1萬5,000元整，博士班發給2萬元整。
(二)升學獎學金：
(1)通過各升學管道進入新北市境內高級中等學校或五專就讀者，入學當年度發給3,000元整、(2)通過各升學管道進入非新北市境內高級中等學校或五專就讀者，入學當年度發給1,000元整、(3)考取大專院校者，考取當年度發給5,000元整。

**Announcement: Application for the Tzu Chi University Academic Excellence and Enrollment Scholarships for Indigenous Students**
**I. Application Period:**
The deadline for submission of applications to Tzu Chi University is from September 1, 2026 (Monday) to September 28, 2026 (Monday).
**II. Eligibility Criteria:**
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Be an indigenous student currently enrolled in a domestic university, college, or senior high vocational school, and have been registered as a resident of New Taipei City for at least four months.
2. Not have received scholarships or financial aid from any other government agencies or state-owned enterprises.
3. Have no record of disciplinary action or worse in the academic term 114-2.
**III. Required Documents:**
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
1. **Academic Excellence Scholarship:**
- Application form and receipt for scholarship disbursement.
- Transcript and record of academic awards and disciplinary actions for the academic term 114-2.
- Proof of low-income household status (optional; not required if not applicable).
- Copy of household registration (please include all notes and annotations).
- Copy of postal savings account.
2. **Enrollment Scholarship:**
- Application form and receipt for scholarship disbursement.
- Copy of student ID or proof of current enrollment.
- Copy of household registration (please include all notes and annotations).
- Copy of postal savings account.
**IV. Application Standards:**
The criteria for awarding the scholarships are as follows:
1. **Academic Excellence Scholarship:**
- For students in the second to third year of a five-year vocational program or enrolled in a university or college: An average academic score of 75 or higher. If the applicant provides proof of low-income household status, an average score of 60 or higher is acceptable. The scholarship amount is NT$10,000.
- For graduate students: An average academic score of 80 or higher. Master is students will receive NT$15,000, and doctoral students will receive NT$20,000. If the applicant provides proof of low-income household status, an average score of 60 or higher is acceptable. The scholarship amounts remain the same for master is and doctoral students.
2. **Enrollment Scholarship:**
- For students who have enrolled in a senior high school or five-year vocational program within New Taipei City through any admission channel: NT$3,000 will be awarded in the year of enrollment.
- For students who have enrolled in a senior high school or five-year vocational program outside of New Taipei City through any admission channel: NT$1,000 will be awarded in the year of enrollment.
- For students who have been admitted to a university or college: NT$5,000 will be awarded in the year of admission.
**V. Submission Location:**
Applications should be submitted to one of the following Indigenous Student Affairs Centers:

- Central Campus Indigenous Student Affairs Center
- Jie Ren Campus Indigenous Student Affairs Center
