一、數位產業署沙崙資安服務基地(以下簡稱沙崙基地)是臺灣首座集展示、演訓、實證功能合一的資安實戰基地，協助產業提升資安防護能量，推動臺灣產業資安與資安產業的跨域合作和共創共榮。
二、沙崙基地為挖掘資安新秀，培養符合產業所需的人才投入資安應用服務，特辦理「2026沙崙資安新秀大賽」，為資安產業培植新血。並促進學界與產業界人才媒合，特辦旨揭活動，本活動匯集國內指標性資安企業，提供實習、工讀及正職等多元職缺，透過一對一深度交流，協助學生精準接軌職涯。
三、旨揭媒合會為免費參與，活動資訊如下：
(一)活動名稱：2026沙崙資安新秀大賽-人才媒合會。
(二)活動時間：115年9月11日（五）10:40~16:00。
(三)活動地點：國科會資安暨智慧科技研發大樓1樓（台南市歸仁區歸仁13路一段6號）。
(四)參與企業：中華資安國際、如梭世代、勤晁科技、關楗、三甲科技、如映科技、TeamT5杜浦數位安全，檢附職缺一覽表供參閱。

四、本活動資訊敬請貴校協助公告周知，並鼓勵學生踴躍報名參與。
I. The Shalun Cybersecurity Service Base of the Digital Industry Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Shalun Base”) is Taiwan is first practical cybersecurity training center that integrates demonstration, training, and proof-of-concept functions. It assists the industry in enhancing cybersecurity capabilities and promotes cross-sector collaboration and mutual prosperity between Taiwan is industrial cybersecurity and the cybersecurity industry.
2. To identify emerging cybersecurity talent and cultivate professionals who meet industry needs for cybersecurity application services, the Shalun Base is organizing the “2026 Shalun Cybersecurity Rising Stars Competition” to nurture new talent for the cybersecurity industry. To facilitate talent matching between academia and industry, this event has been organized. It brings together leading domestic cybersecurity companies offering a variety of opportunities, including internships, part-time positions, and full-time roles. Through in-depth one-on-one interactions, the event helps students seamlessly transition into their careers.
III. Participation in this talent matching event is free of charge. Event details are as follows:
(1) Event Name: 2026 Shalun Cybersecurity Rising Stars Competition – Talent Matching Fair.
(2) Date and Time: Friday, September 11, 115, 10:40 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(3) Venue: 1st Floor, National Science Council Cybersecurity and Smart Technology R&D Building (No. 6, Section 1, Guiren 13th Road, Guiren District, Tainan City).
(4) Participating Companies: China Information Security International, Ruso Generation, Qinchao Technology, Guanjian, Sanjia Technology, Ruying Technology, and TeamT5 DuPu Digital Security. A list of job openings is attached for your reference.
