一、依據台灣文化創意學會115年8月17日台創字第115081701號函辦理。
二、本案係以呈現包含「家庭價值」、「綠色旅遊」、「地方創生」與「數位生活」四大元素進行探索、體驗、反思等活動，並藉由戲劇、說唱、解說、報導等形式製作短影片，表達對聯合國(SDGs)17項內容作為主題的關注與推動；其中「數位生活」，請參考本部「聰明用網路青春不迷路」網站。
三、本案活動相關資訊摘要如下(詳見實施辦法，如附件)：
(一)報名資格：免費報名，限全國幼兒園、國小、國中、高中、大專校院學生(含外語學校)，個人或團體均可報名，團體須提供團名(限10字以內)及參賽學生代表人，團體人數上限5人。
(二)報名方式：採線上報名(https://reurl.cc/OQG4MR)
(三)報名時間：自115年8月25日(星期二)至115年11月25日(星期三)中午12時止。

**Announcement: Call for Participation in the Taiwan Creative Culture Association is Short Film Competition**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is issued in accordance with the Taiwan Creative Culture Association is official letter dated August 17, 2026 (Ref. No. 115081701).
**II. Activity Overview**
The competition aims to explore, experience, and reflect on four key themes: “Family Values,” “Green Tourism,” “Local Revitalization,” and “Digital Lifestyle.” Participants are invited to create short films using formats such as drama, rap, narration, and reporting to express their concerns and promote the United Nations i 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). For the “Digital Lifestyle” theme, please refer to the Association is official website “Smart Internet Use, Youth Stay on Track” for further guidance.
**III. Summary of Activity Information (see attached guidelines for details):**
**(1) Eligibility:**
Participation is free and open to students from kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, and colleges/universities across Taiwan (including foreign language schools). Both individual and group entries are accepted. Groups must provide a team name (no more than 10 characters) and a representative student. The maximum number of participants per group is five.
