研習認列電子化申請說明
為提升教師研習認列行政作業效率，自 115學年度（115年8月1日） 起，「教師研習認列」正式全面採電子化申請作業，紙本申請將同步停止受理，請開課單位依下列方式辦理。
一、申請方式（115學年度起）
各單位辦理教師增能研習活動時，請於校務系統新增活動，並依下列規定設定（如附件一）：
活動類別：請選擇「教師增能研習」。
活動認證：於「教師」欄位請選擇「專業成長」。
出席名單登錄：活動結束後，請於一週內至校務系統完成出席教師名單登錄，以利辦理教師專業成長認列。
二、公告內容
活動公告時，請於公告內容註明下列文字：
本研習活動採計慈濟大學《協助教師整體發展辦法》之「教師專業成長」1次。
三、注意事項
請於活動建立時確認活動類別及活動認證設定正確，以免影響教師研習認列。
未完成出席名單登錄者，將無法登錄教師專業成長次數。
如有系統操作或認列相關問題，請洽教師專業組。

**Announcement: Electronic Application for Teacher Professional Development Recognition**
To enhance the efficiency of administrative procedures for recognizing teacher professional development, the process for "Teacher Professional Development Recognition" will be fully implemented through electronic application starting from the academic year 115 (August 1, 115). Paper-based applications will no longer be accepted. Please follow the procedures outlined below.
**I. Application Procedure (Starting from Academic Year 115)**
When organizing teacher professional development activities, each unit is required to add the activity to the university administrative system and set the following parameters (refer to Attachment 1):
- **Activity Category:** Select "Teacher Professional Development."
- **Activity Certification:** Under the "Teacher" field, choose "Professional Growth."
- **Attendance List Submission:** After the activity concludes, please log in to the administrative system within one week to submit the list of attending teachers to facilitate the recognition of professional growth.
**II. Announcement Content**
When publishing the activity announcement, please include the following statement in the content:
This professional development activity will be counted as one instance of "Teacher Professional Growth" under the "Assistance for Teacher Holistic Development Regulations" of Tzu Chi University.
**III. Matters for Attention**
- Ensure that the activity category and certification settings are correctly configured when establishing the activity to avoid any impact on the recognition of teacher professional development.
- Failure to submit the attendance list will result in the inability to record the teacher's professional growth instance.
- For any issues related to system operation or recognition procedures, please contact the Teacher Professional Development Unit.
