一、為使校內教職員工之保障工作者安全與健康，依據「勞工健康保護規則」第3條規定事業單位之同一工作場所，勞工總人數在三百人以上者，應僱用從事勞工健康服務之醫師及勞工健康服務之護理人員，辦理臨場健康服務。
二、本校醫師駐診服務頻率：每1-2個月一次
三、諮詢時間：每人每次15分鐘。
四、為尊重同仁個人隱私，本項服務採[預約制]，將安排一對一健康諮詢。
五、若有健康檢查報告或其他檢查結果相關疑問，當天請攜帶來諮詢。
六、諮詢服務醫師、時間及內容如下：

█日期：115年08月19日（星期三）14：00~17：00
█地點：H210-1晤談室(H210階梯教室旁)
█對象：本校教職員工
█內容：健康報告解釋、就醫科別建議、個人疾病諮詢及慢性病衛教、職業傷病診療與防治、工作場所環境改善及防護具選擇與建議、職場傷病復工及配工、職業性壓力及過勞等工作相關之傷害與疾病。

一、To ensure the safety and health of staff and faculty members within the university, in accordance with Article 3 of the "Occupational Health and Safety Protection Regulations," organizations with a total workforce of 300 or more employees at the same workplace are required to employ physicians and nursing personnel specializing in occupational health services to provide on-site health services.
二、The frequency of physician on-site services at this university is once every 1-2 months.
三、Consultation time: 15 minutes per person per session.
四、To respect the personal privacy of staff and faculty, this service operates on a [reservation system], with one-on-one health consultations arranged.
五、If you have any questions regarding your health examination report or other related test results, please bring them along for consultation on the day of the appointment.

█ Content: Interpretation of health reports, recommendations for medical departments, individual disease consultations and chronic disease education, diagnosis and prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses, workplace environment improvement and recommendations for protective equipment, return-to-work and job assignment for workplace injuries, and consultations on occupational stress and overwork-related injuries and illnesses.
