一、依據技術及職業教育法第二十六條第一項規定: 「技職校院專業科目或技術科目教師、專業及技術人員或專業及技術教師，每任教滿六年應至與技職校院合作機構或與任教領域有關之產業，進行至少半年以上與專業或技術有關之研習或研究」，辦理教師深度實務研習課程。
二、本研習營以積體光路元件及光學耦合設計為主題，結合理論講授與實作演練，帶領教師學習高效率光學耦合設計、光耦合元件、積體光路主動與被動元件設計，以及模擬分析技術。透過業界講師分享與實機操作，協助教師掌握光子元件設計流程與應用，提升光電、半導體及高速光通訊相關領域的教學與實務能力，促進產學接軌與人才培育。
三、報名資格：全國各大專校院及高中職教師。
四、課程時間：115年8月24日（一）、8月25日（二），共計2天，凡全程參與研習課程者，且符合報名資格者，將於課程結束後核發電子研習時數證明。
五、課程地點：國立臺北科技大學綜合科館電機系511電腦教室 (台北市大安區忠孝東路三段1號)、Google Meet線上課程(課前通知時會給上課連結)
六、人數上限：實體40人。(課程免費)

**Announcement: In-depth Practical Teacher Training Program on Integrated Photonic Components and Optical Coupling Design**
**I. Purpose of the Program**
In accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Technical and Vocational Education Act, which stipulates that "teachers of professional or technical subjects, as well as professional and technical personnel or professional and technical teachers at technical and vocational colleges, must participate in practical training or research related to their professional or technical fields for at least six months every six years of teaching," this program is organized to provide in-depth practical training for teachers.
**II. Program Overview**
This training program focuses on integrated photonic components and optical coupling design, combining theoretical instruction with hands-on practice. Participants will learn about high-efficiency optical coupling design, optical coupling components, active and passive integrated photonic component design, and simulation and analysis techniques. Through industry expert lectures and practical sessions, the program aims to help teachers master the design process and applications of photonic components, thereby enhancing their teaching and practical skills in the fields of optoelectronics, semiconductors, and high-speed optical communications. This initiative also promotes industry-academia collaboration and talent development.
**III. Eligibility**
The program is open to teachers from all universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools across Taiwan.
**IV. Program Schedule**
The program will take place on August 24 (Monday) and August 25 (Tuesday), 2026, for a total duration of two days. Upon completion of the program, participants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive an electronic certificate of attendance.
**V. Program Location**
The program will be held at Room 511, Department of Electrical Engineering, Comprehensive Science Building, National Taipei University of Technology (No. 1, Section 3, Chung-Hsiao East Road, Da ian District, Taipei City), as well as through an online session via Google Meet (the link will be provided prior to the course).
**VI. Capacity**
The program has a maximum capacity of 40 participants for the in-person session. (The program is free of charge.)
**VII. Registration Period**
Registration is open from today until 5:00 PM on August 20, 2026. The registration will close early if the capacity is reached.
