為利本校向教育部提報117學年度大學校院申請調整（整併、更名、停招、裁撤）一般項目院系所學位學程案，敬請配合以下時段進行提案。
請於115年9月23日前將「117學年度申請調整（整併、更名、停招、裁撤）一般項目院系所學位學程計畫書」紙本及電子檔，經系/所、院務會議審核後送教務處招生策略中心，以利逕送校務發展委員會會議、(1151007)校務會議及董事會議審議。
申請整併、更名、停招案，請依教育部總量標準第12條規定：整併、更名、停招案應與權益受影響之教職員工生溝通，說明權益保障措施，至遲於校務會議召開一個月前公告周知，並經校務會議審議通過。

To facilitate the submission of the proposal for the adjustment (merger, renaming, suspension of admissions, or abolition) of general academic programs, departments, and schools for the 117 academic year to the Ministry of Education, we kindly request your cooperation with the following schedule.
Please submit both the paper and electronic versions of the "Proposal for the Adjustment (Merger, Renaming, Suspension of Admissions, or Abolition) of General Academic Programs, Departments, and Schools for the 117 Academic Year" by September 23, 115. These documents should be reviewed and approved by the department/school and faculty meetings before being sent to the Admissions Strategy Center of the Academic Affairs Office. This will ensure timely submission to the Academic Development Committee meeting, the (1151007) University Affairs Meeting, and the Board of Directors meeting for deliberation.
For proposals involving merger, renaming, or suspension of admissions, please adhere to Article 12 of the Ministry of Education's regulations: such proposals must communicate with affected faculty, staff, and students, explaining the measures for safeguarding their rights. The proposal should be publicly announced at least one month before the University Affairs Meeting and must be approved by the meeting.
