為鼓勵本市原住民族學生奮發向學，以培養原住民族優秀人才，特訂定本 須知。
申請對象：設籍臺南市六個月以上之就讀國內大專院校以下在籍學生及應屆畢業生，且符合下列規定之一者：
（一）依法取得原住民身分。
（二）戶籍資料個人記事欄已有熟相關註記。
前項學生不包括就讀各級學校夜間部、進修部、推廣進修班、建教班、 在職專班、研究所或補修學分者。
申請時間：即日起受理申請至本（115）年9月30日(星期三)止
申請資格：
（一）學業成績：
1.高級中等學校及特殊教育學校學期成績總平均達七十五分以上。
2.大專校院學校學期成績總平均達七十五分以上。
3.以上各科成績不得低於六十分。
（二）傑出表現
１．參加政府機關主辦之競賽或代表我國參加競賽，獲得下列個人或團體 獎項： （１）縣（市）級：前三名。
（２）全國級以上：前六名或優等以上。
申請方式：
（一）向戶籍所在地之區公所提出申請。
（二）備妥以下資料：
1.學期成績單
2.最近六個月內新式戶口名簿或戶籍謄本影本
3.申請人之帳戶影本一份。
4.申請人如為低收入戶或中低收入戶子女，應檢附區公所核發之證明文件 影本一份。
To encourage indigenous students residing in this city to pursue academic excellence and cultivate outstanding indigenous talent, this guideline has been established.
**Eligibility:**
Students who have been registered as residents of Tainan City for more than six months and are currently enrolled in or graduating from domestic institutions of higher education, and who meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Legally recognized as an indigenous person.
2. The personal notes section of the household registration records indicates a relevant annotation.
The above-mentioned students do not include those enrolled in evening classes, extension programs, continuing education classes, industrial-vocational classes, part-time programs, graduate schools, or those taking remedial courses.
**Application Period:**
Applications will be accepted from the date of this announcement until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday).
**Application Qualifications:**
1. Academic Performance:
- For senior high school and special education school students, the semester average score must be 75 or above.
- For college and university students, the semester average score must be 75 or above.
- All subjects must have a score of no less than 60.
2. Outstanding Achievements:
- Participation in competitions organized by government agencies or representing Taiwan in competitions, and achieving the following individual or team awards:
- County (City) Level: Top three positions.
- National Level or above: Top six positions or an award of "Excellent" or higher.
**Application Method:**
1. Submit the application to the local district office where the applicant is registered.
2. Prepare the following documents:
- Semester transcript.
- A copy of the household registration book or household registration extract issued within the last six months.
- A copy of the applicant's bank account.
- If the applicant is a child of a low-income or medium-low-income household, a copy of the certificate issued by the district office must be attached.
