一、依交通部民用航空局115年7月17日遙字第1155014757號函辦理。
二、為避免師生因不諳民航法規及操作疏忽，致誤闖禁、限航區及機場四周等限制區域，而發生危及飛航安全與違反民航法規之情事，該局已於官網設置「無人機專區」（網址：https:／／www.caa.gov.tw/article.aspx?a=188&lang=1）公告最新法規宣導內容，並另設有「交通部民用航空局遙控無人機專區」官方LINE帳號作為遙控無人機即時資訊推播平臺，請貴校向教職員工生加強宣導，俾利共同維護飛航安全。
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, under the reference number 遙字第1155014757號, dated July 17, 2026.
II. To prevent faculty and students from inadvertently entering restricted or prohibited airspace areas, as well as zones surrounding airports, due to unfamiliarity with civil aviation regulations or operational errors, the CAA has established a "Drone Zone" on its official website (URL: https://www.caa.gov.tw/article.aspx?a=188&lang=1) to announce the latest regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the CAA has set up an official LINE account titled "Civil Aeronautics Administration Remote-Controlled Drone Zone" to serve as a real-time information dissemination platform for remote-controlled drones. We kindly request your institution to reinforce awareness among its faculty, staff, and students to collectively ensure aviation safety.
