各位師長、同仁及同學 日安：
花蓮慈濟醫院總務室來函，自115年8月1日起，同心圓餐廳用餐一律採刷卡方式辦理，現場不再收取現金，敬請中央校區前往同心圓用餐之師生及同仁配合，並請於用餐前備妥下列任一種刷卡方式：
一、實體證件刷卡
攜帶本校識別證／學生證，於取餐時完成刷卡。
二、手機App刷卡（115年3月19日起開放）
由總務處與電算中心共同建置「數位教職員工證」功能，未攜帶實體證件時，可改以手機完成嗶卡：
（一）開啟手機「慈大校園通」App，點選數位教職員工/學生證QR Code。
（二）先至專屬掃碼機台完成嗶卡（該機台不在取餐動線上，請認明螢幕顯示「校園通付款請在此掃碼」字樣者，如附件照片）。
（三）完成嗶卡後，再至取餐動線排隊取餐。
※ 注意：目前同心圓餐廳僅設置一台可供App掃碼之機台，其餘機台無法讀取App QR Code。使用App者請務必依上述順序，先嗶卡再排隊取餐。

尚未下載App之教職員生，敬請提前完成安裝並確認可正常顯示QR Code；因115年8月1日起已不收取現金，請務必於用餐前備妥實體證件或App，以免影響用餐。敬請協助宣導並轉知所屬，感恩。

To All Faculty Members, Staff, and Students:
Greetings,
The General Affairs Office of Hualien Buddhist Tzu Chi Hospital has notified us that, starting from August 1, 2026, all meals served at the Tongxin Yuan Cafeteria will be processed exclusively via card swiping. Cash payments will no longer be accepted at the cafeteria. We kindly request the cooperation of all faculty, staff, and students from the Central Campus who dine at Tongxin Yuan. Please ensure that you have one of the following card-swiping methods ready before your meal:
1. Physical Card Swiping
Carry your school identification card or student ID and swipe it when collecting your meal.
2. Mobile App Swiping (Available from March 19, 2026)
The General Affairs Office and the Computer Center have jointly established a "Digital Faculty and Staff ID" feature. If you do not have your physical card, you may use your mobile device to complete the transaction:
(1) Open the "Tzu Chi University Campus Pass" App on your phone and select the QR Code for the Digital Faculty and Staff/Student ID.
(2) First, proceed to the designated scanning machine to swipe your card (this machine is not located on the meal pickup line; please look for the screen displaying "Scan here for Campus Pass payment," as shown in the attached photo).
(3) After swiping your card, proceed to the meal pickup line to queue for your meal.
*Note: Currently, only one machine at Tongxin Yuan Cafeteria is equipped to read the App QR Code. Other machines cannot process App-based transactions. Users of the App must strictly follow the above sequence: swipe your card first, then proceed to queue for your meal.*

For those who have not yet downloaded the App, please install it in advance and confirm that the QR Code displays correctly. As cash payments will no longer be accepted starting August 1, 2026, kindly ensure that you have either your physical card or the App ready before dining to avoid any inconvenience. We appreciate your assistance in disseminating this information and informing your colleagues and students.
