各位教職同仁，大家好：
115-1學期即將展開，為向全球慈濟人分享慈濟大學校園亮點與辦學特色，傳遞教育中的愛與善，本校特規劃 115年8月至116年2月志工早會分享輪值表，詳如附件，敬請參閱。
敬請各單位協助安排師長或同學擔任分享者（學生分享請務必由師長陪同引言），透過志工早會平台，分享校園中感人溫馨的故事與慈大點滴，讓全球慈濟人同步了解本校教育脈動與辦學成果。
為利作業進行，請務必詳閱附件說明簡報，並依公版格式製作分享簡報；另請於分享 前一週 將分享名單提供予秘書處 蕭惠敏 及人文處 郭芝穎，分享簡報請於前二日提供。為呈現慈濟大學整體形象，分享當日請穿著整齊校服，並留意髮型及儀容整潔。
另，參與志工早會有助於同仁在工作中進一步理解並契合慈濟四大志業精神，校園輪值參與志工早會之單位，敬請務必鼓勵同仁踴躍參與，並上校務行政系統報名。
感恩全體教職員生持續的支持與投入，讓教育的溫暖與善的力量不斷延續。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
As the Fall Semester of Academic Year 115 (2026–2027) is about to begin, Tzu Chi University has prepared the Tzu Chi Volunteer Morning Assembly Sharing Schedule from August 2026 to February 2027.
Each department, office, or unit is requested to appoint a faculty member or student as the presenter. Student presenters must be accompanied and introduced by a faculty member. Please review the attached guidelines and prepare the presentation using the official PowerPoint template.
Presenter information must be submitted to 蕭惠敏, Office of the Secretariat, at least one week before the scheduled date. Completed presentation slides must be submitted to 郭芝穎, Office of Humanities, at least two days in advance. Presenters should wear formal university attire and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the Volunteer Morning Assembly to deepen their understanding of Tzu Chi is Four Missions. Please register through the University Administration System.
