The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Pilot Program of the "Passing the Torch: Sustainable Inheritance of Rare Scientific and Technological Research Skills" initiative. Please submit the required documents in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the official announcement to the NSTC by September 14, 2026 (Monday). Applications received after this deadline will not be considered. Kindly take note and disseminate this information accordingly.
