各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
一、為促進臺日地方創生實務經驗交流借鏡，深化大學社會責任（USR）國際合作與跨校共學網絡，分享各校推動地方創生、青年參與及地方永續發展之實踐成果，透過主題興趣群組（Special Interest Group, SIG）鏈結機制，強化地方連結、跨域合作及國際共學推動能量，深化青年學子地方實踐與國際視野，培育具社會責任、地方關懷與永續行動力之實踐人才，特辦理旨揭論壇。
二、活動內容如下：
1. 時間：115年9月1日（星期二）上午9時30分至下午4時。
2. 地點：國立臺灣海洋大學海洋廳（基隆市中正區北寧路2號）。
3. 參加對象：全國大專校院執行教育部大學社會責任計畫團隊（包括主持人、教師、助理、學生及場域夥伴）或對議題有興趣之大專校院及高中職教職員生。
4. 報名方式：自即日起至115年8月14日（星期五）止，採線上報名方式（網址：https://myppt.cc/LL1Ksn）。行前通知將於活動前3日內以電子郵件通知。

**Announcement: Forum on Local Revitalization and University Social Responsibility (USR) – Taiwan-Japan Exchange**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To promote the exchange of practical experiences in local revitalization between Taiwan and Japan, deepen international collaboration in University Social Responsibility (USR), and strengthen inter-university learning networks, we are pleased to announce a forum dedicated to sharing the outcomes of local revitalization initiatives, youth engagement, and sustainable community development. Through the Special Interest Group (SIG) linkage mechanism, this event aims to enhance local connections, interdisciplinary cooperation, and international learning opportunities, thereby fostering a broader perspective among young students and cultivating talents equipped with social responsibility, local awareness, and sustainable action capabilities.
**Event Details:**
1. **Date and Time:** September 1, 2026 (Tuesday), from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. **Venue:** Ocean Hall, National Taiwan Ocean University (No. 2, Beining Road, Zhongzheng District, Keelung City).
3. **Participants:** Teams from universities and colleges across Taiwan executing the Ministry of Education is USR programs (including principal investigators, faculty members, research assistants, students, and local partners), as well as interested faculty, staff, and students from universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools.
