申請資格：
1.政府機關認定之低收入戶、中低收入戶及教育部認定之「大專校院弱勢學生」
2.遭遇臨時或重大變故而無法負擔就學費用，經本會審核通過者。
3.研究所、五專1-3年級無法申請
請領規定：
1.採學年申請制，助學以一學年為期。
2.第一學年(新生入學)以政府證明或教育部家戶所得查核資料進行審查。
3.第二學年起，除上述資料外，助學生前一學年之學業總平均成績應達六十分以上，
德育(操行)成績達八十分以上者，予以核發。
助學項目：
1.助學項目：學雜費。
2.學雜費補助額度：以補足政府補助中、低收入戶及大專校院弱勢學生之差額為原則。
3.助學生因寒修、暑修、延畢等所發生之學雜費用及其他所延伸之各項費用不予補助。
＊申請之同學上學期仍需繳交學雜費，待弱勢助學審核結果出來後始能確認身分是否符合
符合資格者將於學期末前將補助金額退款至學生帳戶
下學期仍有資格者，下學期補助會先從學雜費繳費單內扣除

**Announcement: Application for the Tzu Chi University Student Sailing Aid Scholarship**
**Eligibility Criteria:**
1. Students recognized by government agencies as low-income or middle-low-income households, or students identified by the Ministry of Education as "disadvantaged students" at higher education institutions.
2. Students who have encountered temporary or significant incidents that prevent them from affording tuition fees, and have been approved by the committee upon review.
3. Graduate students and students in grades 1-3 of the five-year vocational program are not eligible to apply.
**Application Guidelines:**
1. Applications are submitted on an academic year basis, and the scholarship is awarded for one academic year.
2. For the first academic year (freshmen), eligibility is determined based on government-issued documentation or the Ministry of Education's household income verification data.
3. Starting from the second academic year, in addition to the aforementioned documentation, scholarship recipients must have achieved a cumulative academic average of 60 points or higher and a moral conduct score of 80 points or higher in the previous academic year to be eligible for renewal.
**Scholarship Coverage:**
1. The scholarship covers tuition and miscellaneous fees.
2. The amount of the tuition and miscellaneous fee subsidy is determined based on the difference between the government's subsidy for low-income and middle-low-income households, as well as disadvantaged students at higher education institutions, and the actual tuition fees.
3. Expenses incurred from winter or summer sessions, or from delayed graduation, and any associated fees are not eligible for subsidy.
*Students must still pay tuition and miscellaneous fees for the previous semester. Only after the review process for the disadvantaged student scholarship is completed will eligibility be confirmed. Qualified students will receive a refund of the subsidy amount to their accounts before the end of the academic year. For the following semester, if students remain eligible, the subsidy will be deducted directly from their tuition and miscellaneous fee payment slips.*

From August 3, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
