一、臺北市政府青年局為強化青年學子國際視野，深耕培植國際人才，辦理「2026臺北青年外交學堂」，將透過系列培訓課程及成果發表會，引導青年深入理解國際情勢發展與外交運作脈絡。培訓課程自115年9月1日起至115年10月15日止，期間共計10堂課，每堂3小時，合計30小時；成果發表會訂於115年10月17日辦理。
二、本案計畫課程說明如下：
(一)參加對象：於臺北就學或設籍於臺北之大專院校三年級以上學生及具相同學歷且45歲以下之社會人士，預計招收35名。
(二)課程內容：包含「培訓課程」及「成果發表會」兩部份，培訓課程以外交實務與當代國際議題為核心，進行政策分析、跨文化溝通等實務應用；成果發表會則由則由學員整合培訓期間所學，針對城市外交、青年國際參與或相關國際議題提出行動方案。
(三)報名期程：即日起至115年8月16日晚上11時59分，採線上網路表單填寫報名（報名網址：https://forms.gle/MHFfmfggQf17DrJo7）。
The Taipei City Government Bureau of Youth Affairs is conducting the "2026 Taipei Youth Diplomacy Academy" to enhance the international perspectives of young students and cultivate international talent. Through a series of training courses and a final presentation event, the program aims to guide participants in gaining a deeper understanding of international developments and the context of diplomatic operations. The training courses will run from September 1, 2026, to October 15, 2026, consisting of 10 sessions, each lasting 3 hours, for a total of 30 hours. The final presentation event is scheduled for October 17, 2026.
The program details are as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Open to undergraduate students in their third year or above who are enrolled in or reside in Taipei, as well as individuals with equivalent academic qualifications and under the age of 45. The program is expected to enroll 35 participants.
(2) Course Content: The program comprises two parts: "Training Courses" and "Final Presentation Event." The training courses focus on practical aspects of diplomacy and contemporary international issues, including policy analysis and cross-cultural communication. The final presentation event will require participants to integrate what they have learned during the training period and propose action plans related to urban diplomacy, youth international participation, or other relevant international topics.
(3) Application Period: Applications are open from today until 11:59 PM on August 16, 2026. Interested applicants must complete the online application form (Application URL: https://forms.gle/MHFfmfggQf17DrJo7).
