一、隨著人工智慧（AI）技術快速發展，已成為推動產業升級、數位轉型及經濟發展之重要動能，AI科技聚落發展、人才培育及職能轉型已為政府重要政策方向。為促進政府、產業及學術界交流合作，探討AI產業發展趨勢、人才需求及職能培育策略，並協助職場從業人員因應AI時代帶來之挑戰與契機，特辦理本論壇，期透過政策分享、產業實務及經驗交流，共同推動AI產業永續發展及人才培育。

**Official Announcement: Forum on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Industry Development and Talent Cultivation**
**I. Background and Purpose**
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it has become a crucial driving force for industrial upgrading, digital transformation, and economic development. The development of AI technology clusters, talent cultivation, and skill transformation have been identified as key policy directions by the government. To promote collaboration among government agencies, industries, and academia, and to explore trends in AI industry development, talent requirements, and strategies for skill cultivation, this forum is organized. It aims to assist professionals in adapting to the challenges and opportunities brought by the AI era. Through policy sharing, industry practices, and experience exchange, we hope to collectively advance the sustainable development of the AI industry and the cultivation of AI talent.
