**Issuing Organization:** Tzu Chi Foundation Buddhist Fund
**Application Period:** From September 1st to September 30th (postmark date will be considered as the submission date). Submissions must be made directly by the applicants. Late applications will not be accepted.
**Eligibility Criteria:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Required Documents:** Please refer to the attached documents.
**Application Documents:** Please provide the documents as required by the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional proofs that are not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection as well as energy conservation.
**If you do not meet the above eligibility criteria, please do not submit your application. Applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected without exception.**
**Incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.**
