一、為勉勵學子藉由影像紀錄探索生命內涵，學習欣賞生命的豐富與可貴，深化生命教育推動效益與影響力，本校教育部生命教育中心(南華大學)辦理「115年教育部生命教育關懷與推廣短片競賽」。
二、競賽相關資訊摘述如下(實施計畫如附件1)：
(一)徵選主題：走出自己．看見微光。
(二)參與對象：高級中等學校、大專校院大學部及研究所在學學生，不分組。
(三)徵件日期：公告日起至9月7日(星期一)23時59分前，完成網路登記、參賽資料填寫，並繳交短片參賽作品。
(四)頒獎典禮暨首映會：預計12月結合「教育部生命教育特色學校及績優人員頒獎典禮」辦理。
(五)獎勵方式：
1、短片作品獎勵：
(1)、金牌：獎狀及獎金新臺幣(以下同)8萬元，1名。
(2)、銀牌：獎狀及獎金4萬元，1名。
(3)、銅牌：獎狀及獎金2萬元，1名。
(4)、佳作：獎狀及獎金1萬元，2名。
(5)、評審特別獎：獎狀及獎金1萬元，1名至3名為原則。
2、上述獲獎學生，函請所屬學校予以敘獎，指導老師由教育部頒發感謝狀。
3、經初審通過進入決審之團隊，由承辦單位發入圍證明，指導老師頒發感謝狀。
(六)出席頒獎典禮之入圍團隊將發給「入圍獎勵金」3,000元並酌予補助交通費，未出席者視同放棄獎勵資格。

**Announcement: 115th Ministry of Education Life Education Care and Promotion Short Film Competition**
To encourage students to explore the essence of life through visual storytelling and to foster an appreciation for its richness and value, the Center for Life Education under the Ministry of Education at Nan Hua University is organizing the **115th Ministry of Education Life Education Care and Promotion Short Film Competition**. This initiative aims to deepen the impact and effectiveness of life education.
**Competition Details (Implementation Plan attached as Document 1):**
1. **Theme:** "Step Out of Yourself, See the Faint Light."
2. **Eligibility:** Current undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in senior high schools, colleges, and universities. No division into categories.
3. **Submission Period:** From the date of this announcement until 23:59 on Monday, September 7th. Participants must complete online registration, fill out the competition materials, and submit their short film entries by this deadline.
4. **Award Ceremony and Premiere:** Scheduled for December, coinciding with the Ministry of Education's Life Education Distinctive School and Outstanding Personnel Award Ceremony.
5. **Awards:**
- **Short Film Awards:**
- **Gold Award:** Certificate and NT$80,000 prize, 1 winner.
- **Silver Award:** Certificate and NT$40,000 prize, 1 winner.
- **Bronze Award:** Certificate and NT$20,000 prize, 1 winner.
- **Excellence Awards:** Certificate and NT$10,000 prize, 2 winners.
- **Special Jury Awards:** Certificate and NT$10,000 prize, 1 to 3 winners.
- **Recognition for Winning Students:** Winning students will be notified by their respective institutions for award documentation. Certificates of appreciation will be issued to their supervising teachers by the Ministry of Education.
- **Qualification for Finalists:** Teams that pass the preliminary review and advance to the final round will receive a certificate of qualification from the organizing unit, and their supervising teachers will be awarded certificates of appreciation.
6. **Attendance at the Award Ceremony:** Shortlisted teams attending the award ceremony will receive an additional **NT$3,000入围獎勵金** (qualification award). Travel expenses may also be reimbursed at the discretion of the organizers. Teams that do not attend will be deemed to have forfeited their award eligibility.
