一、為推廣原住民族文化平權、落實全民原住民族教育,促進多元文化交流,並帶動原住民族文化產業及地方觀光發展,本府訂於115年10月3日(星期六)至10月4日(星期日),假苗栗縣政府前廣場辦理「苗栗縣115年度第二屆全國原住民族樂舞競賽」,邀集全國各地原住民族樂舞團隊、族人及民眾共同參與。
二、本活動以原住民族樂舞及歌謠為核心,透過競賽、展演及文化交流,促進原住民族文化傳承與多元文化交流,並結合文化市集及產業推廣,展現原住民族文化之多樣性與創意。
三、為鼓勵青年學子參與原住民族文化傳承及展演,敬請貴校原住民族學生資源中心協助轉知校內原住民族學生,並鼓勵原住民族學生及相關社團踴躍組隊報名參賽,透過樂舞、歌謠及文化創作展現族群文化特色。
四、相關競賽資訊如下:
(一)報名期限:即日起至115年9月11日(星期五)下午5時止。
(二)競賽組別:「部落傳統樂舞組(社會組)」、「部落傳統樂舞組(學生組)」、「原流舞創組」、「部落傳唱歌謠組」及「文化樂舞行政組」等5組。
(三)競賽方式:初賽採線上影音審查;「文化樂舞行政組」免除初賽機制,參賽隊伍依報名先後順序錄取,額滿為止。
(四)決賽暨頒獎典禮:訂於115年10月3日至4日辦理。
(五)活動總獎金:新臺幣132萬元整。

To promote cultural equity among Indigenous peoples, advance Indigenous education for all citizens, foster multicultural exchange, and stimulate the development of Indigenous cultural industries and local tourism, the Miaoli County Government will host the "2nd National Indigenous Music and Dance Competition" at the Miaoli County Government Plaza from October 3rd (Saturday) to October 4th, 2026. We invite Indigenous music and dance teams, community members, and the general public from across the nation to participate.
The competition will focus on Indigenous music, dance, and folk songs, aiming to preserve and promote Indigenous cultural heritage through contests, performances, and cultural exchanges. Additionally, the event will feature a cultural market and industry promotion, showcasing the diversity and creativity of Indigenous culture.
To encourage youth participation in the preservation and presentation of Indigenous culture, we kindly request the Indigenous Student Resource Center at your esteemed institution to inform Indigenous students within the university and encourage them, as well as related student organizations, to enthusiastically register and compete. Through music, dance, folk songs, and cultural creations, participants will have the opportunity to display the unique characteristics of their Indigenous heritage.
The following details regarding the competition are provided:
1. **Registration Deadline:** From today until 5:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026.
2. **Competition Categories:** The event will be divided into five categories: "Traditional Village Music and Dance (Community Group)," "Traditional Village Music and Dance (Student Group)," "Indigenous Dance Creation Group," "Traditional Village Folk Songs Group," and "Cultural Music and Dance Administration Group."
3. **Competition Format:** The preliminary round will be conducted through online video reviews. The "Cultural Music and Dance Administration Group" will not have a preliminary round; teams will be accepted based on the order of registration, with slots filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. **Finals and Award Ceremony:** Scheduled to take place from October 3rd to 4th, 2026.
5. **Total Prize Money:** NT$1,320,000.
