一、為因應大專校院職涯輔導人員培訓需求，擺渡人生設計辦理「指路興趣ｘ職場風格解測培訓班」，期望協助校內培訓種子職涯輔導師資，結合興趣與職場風格評估工具，提升學生職涯輔導之效能與量能。
二、課程內容：
(一)工具應用：完整指路興趣量表與擺渡職場風格量表解測技術，協助學生了解個人興趣偏好與職場行為風格，精準擬定職涯發展策略。
(二)課程效益：探索個人職業興趣與職場適性為基礎，協助學生確立職涯方向與角色定位。
(三)專業認證：完成培訓後，即可成為專業的「擺渡指路興趣量表解測人員」、「擺渡職場風格量表解測人員」。
三、課程資訊：
(一)課程培訓方式：實體授課（含理論學習與實務演練、筆試）。
(二)課程時間：預計2026年9月5日（六）開課，為期一日，詳細授課日期，請參閱課程簡章。
(三)課程對象：大專院校職涯輔導老師與職員、大專院校系上導師及教職人員。
(四)課程費用：原價12,000元/人，推廣期間符合上述課程對象者全額免費。
(五)課程人數：以20人為上限，每單位最多錄取2位學員。
四、課程報名方式與時程說明：
(一)一律採取線上報名。
(二)報名日期：即日起至2026年8月5日（三）12:00止。

I. To address the training needs of career counseling professionals at colleges and universities, Baidu Life has designed and organized the “Interest Guidance × Workplace Style Assessment Training Course.” The program aims to assist institutions in training a core group of career counseling instructors who can integrate interest and workplace style assessment tools to enhance the effectiveness and capacity of student career counseling.
II. Course Content:
(1) Tool Application: Comprehensive interpretation techniques for the “Guide Interest Scale” and the “BaiDu Workplace Style Scale” to help students understand their personal interest preferences and workplace behavioral styles, enabling them to formulate precise career development strategies.
(2) Course Benefits: Based on the exploration of personal career interests and workplace aptitude, the course helps students establish their career direction and role positioning.
(3) Professional Certification: Upon completion of the training, participants will become certified “Guide Interest Scale Interpreters” and a “Baidu Workplace Style Scale Interpreter.”
III. Course Information:
(1) Training Format: In-person instruction (including theoretical learning, practical exercises, and a written exam).
(2) Course Dates: Scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 5, 2026; one-day program. Please refer to the course brochure for specific dates.
(3) Target Audience: Career counseling teachers and staff at colleges and universities, as well as department advisors and faculty members.
(4) Course Fee: Regular price is 12,000 NTD per person; during the promotional period, the course is free of charge for those who meet the above eligibility criteria.
(5) Class Size: Limited to 20 participants; a maximum of 2 participants per organization.
