各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為配合「資源循環推動法」及「廢棄物清理法」（以下簡稱循環雙法）完成修正，本署特辦理循環雙法推動說明會，旨在向產業界及地方政府說明修法方向、制度架構及未來推動重點，並廣泛蒐集實務執行意見，作為後續法制作業、子法研訂及配套措施規劃之參考。
本次說明會將於115年8月4日（星期二）上午10時30分至12時，假慈濟大學中央校區L1303學術研討會議廳（花蓮縣花蓮市中央路三段701號）舉行。活動流程如下：
1. 上午10時10分至10時30分：報到。
2. 上午10時30分至10時40分：活動開場；貴賓致詞。
3. 上午10時40分至11時：循環雙法推動說明。
4. 上午11時至11時50分：意見交流與綜合討論。
5. 上午11時50分至12時：總結。
本案報名資訊詳如附件。另本活動全程將同步直播，未能實體出席之人員，可採線上方式同步參與。

**Official Announcement**
To all esteemed faculty members, staff, and students:
In accordance with the recent amendments to the "Resource Recycling Promotion Act" and the "Waste Disposal Act" (hereinafter referred to as the "Circular Economy Dual Laws"), this office is organizing an explanatory session on the revised Circular Economy Dual Laws. The purpose of this session is to clarify the legislative direction, system framework, and future implementation priorities to industry representatives and local government officials. Additionally, we aim to gather practical insights and opinions to inform subsequent legislative processes, subsidiary law drafting, and the planning of supporting measures.
The explanatory session will be held on August 4, 2026 (Tuesday), from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, at the L1303 Academic Discussion Hall, Central Campus, Tzu Chi University (No. 701, Sec. 3, Central Road, Hualien City, Hualien County). The event schedule is as follows:
1. **10:10 AM – 10:30 AM:** Registration.
2. **10:30 AM – 10:40 AM:** Opening remarks and speeches by distinguished guests.
3. **10:40 AM – 11:00 AM:** Explanation of the Circular Economy Dual Laws.
4. **11:00 AM – 11:50 AM:** Exchange of opinions and comprehensive discussion.
5. **11:50 AM – 12:00 PM:** Summary.
Further details regarding registration for this event are provided in the attached document. Additionally, the entire session will be live-streamed, allowing those unable to attend in person to participate online.
