一、依據技術及職業教育法第二十六條第一項規定: 「技職校院專業科目或技術科目教師、專業及技術人員或專業及技術教師，每任教滿六年應至與技職校院合作機構或與任教領域有關之產業，進行至少半年以上與專業或技術有關之研習或研究」，辦理教師深度實務研習課程。
二、本課程以雷射技術於半導體製程與量測應用為核心，透過專題講座、實務操作及產業經驗分享，帶領教師認識半導體先進製程與材料量測技術。課程內容涵蓋雷射製造技術於半導體材料與矽光子之應用、半導體材料量測與檢測技術、超快雷射工作站先進製程設備操作，以及高功率半導體材料（GaN、SiC、AlN、Ga₂O₃）之製程與應用發展。透過兩天研習，提升教師半導體雷射技術專業知能與實務應用能力，強化教學與研究能量，促進技職教育與產業接軌。
三、報名資格：全國各大專校院及高中職教師。
四、課程時間：115年8月20日（四）、115年8月21日（五）共計2日，凡全程參與研習課程者，且符合報名資格者（全國各大專校院及高中職教師），將於課程結束後核發電子研習時數證明。

I. In accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Technical and Vocational Education Act: "Teachers of professional or technical subjects, as well as professional and technical personnel or professional and technical instructors at technical and vocational colleges, shall, upon completing six years of teaching, participate in at least six months of professional or technical training or research at institutions collaborating with technical and vocational colleges or in industries related to their teaching fields," this program is organized to provide in-depth practical training for teachers.
II. The core focus of this course is the application of laser technology in semiconductor manufacturing and measurement. Through specialized lectures, hands-on practical sessions, and industry experience sharing, the program aims to enhance teachers' understanding of advanced semiconductor manufacturing and material measurement technologies. The curriculum covers the application of laser manufacturing technology in semiconductor materials and silicon photonics, semiconductor material measurement and testing techniques, operation of ultrafast laser workstation equipment for advanced processes, and the development and application of high-power semiconductor materials (GaN, SiC, AlN, Ga?O?). By participating in this two-day training, teachers will improve their professional knowledge and practical application skills in semiconductor laser technology, strengthen their teaching and research capabilities, and promote the alignment of technical and vocational education with industry needs.
III. Eligibility for registration: Teachers from all universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools nationwide.
IV. Course schedule: August 20 (Thursday) and August 21 (Friday), 115th year, totaling two days. Participants who complete the entire course and meet the eligibility criteria (teachers from all universities, colleges, and senior high vocational schools nationwide) will be issued an electronic certificate of training hours upon completion of the program.
V. Course location: National Instrumentation Research Center, National Experimental Research Institute.
VI. Maximum number of participants: 30 for the in-person session.
VII. Transportation information: Shuttle bus services will be provided for this course. Please refer to the registration form for details on assembly points, schedules, and transportation needs.
VIII. Registration period: From today until 17:00 on August 19 (Wednesday), 115th year. Registration will close early if the participant limit is reached.
