一、TA需求申請作業說明：
※ 依據《慈濟大學教學助理實施作業要點》。
1.若教師於課程中需教學助理協助進行實驗（實習）課程、教材準備、帶領分組討論等教學相關工作，請至『校務系統 > 教資中心 >教師專業組 >TA管理系統>TA時數需求申請』提出申請。
2.若課程屬輔導課程，請向教務處申請【課輔】教學助理。若為遠距或線上課程所需教學助理，請向教學暨學習資源中心數位教學組提出申請。

三、注意事項
為避免影響其他真正有需求課程的申請審核與時數配置，請教師們特別配合以下三點：
1.課程教學助理（TA）應限於實際教學需求使用，不得將行政事務性之工讀需求併入申請，確保善用TA資源。
2.請依實際授課週數（共18週）核實填報所需TA週數，切勿過度預估或預留過多週數，導致全體資源縮減。
3.由於不同學制（如大學部、研究所）之 TA 薪資標準有所差異，為保障您的需求權益，敬請老師於提出申請前，先與預計聘任的學生確認身份別再填寫。提前確認可避免後續因身份變更而需重新調整核定時數的問題，感謝老師的配合！

**Announcement: Application Procedures for Teaching Assistant (TA) Positions**
**I. Application Process for TA Positions**
*Please refer to the "Guidelines for the Implementation of Teaching Assistant Positions at Tzu Chi University"
1. If instructors require a teaching assistant to assist with laboratory (practical) courses, instructional material preparation, or group discussion facilitation, please submit your application through the following path in the university system:
*Campus Affairs System > Center for Teaching Resources > Faculty Professional Group > TA Management System > Application for TA Hour Requirements.*
2. For courses designated as tutoring or supplementary instruction, please apply for a teaching assistant through the Academic Affairs Office. For remote or online courses, applications for teaching assistants should be submitted to the Digital Instruction Section of the Center for Teaching and Learning Resources.

**III. Important Notes**
To ensure fair allocation and review of TA hour requirements for courses with genuine needs, please kindly comply with the following three points:
1. Teaching assistants should be assigned exclusively for instructional purposes. Administrative or clerical work should not be included in TA applications to ensure the proper utilization of TA resources.
2. Please accurately report the required number of weeks for TA assistance based on the actual duration of the course (18 weeks total). Overestimation or excessive allocation of weeks may lead to a reduction in overall resources.
3. Since TA stipend standards vary across different academic programs (e.g., undergraduate and graduate), to safeguard your application, please confirm the student is academic status before submitting your request. Early verification will help avoid subsequent adjustments due to changes in the student is status.
