一、本院為提升臨床醫護水準，以產學合作共同培育學生並提供適當的就業機會，提升市民醫療品質，同時關懷照顧經濟弱勢及原住民學生，鼓勵護理科系優秀學生畢業後從事護理臨床照顧服務，提供護理相關科系學生獎助金申請。
二、獎助對象：
(一)大專院校護理科系或護理助產科系學生。
(二)之前申請本院一學期以上之獎助金學生（名單如附件）。
三、獎助條件：
(一)受獎助學生在申請前一學期之學業成績平均75分以上，且操行成績平均80分以上，符合資格者依名額擇優獎助。
(二)另與本院簽屬此案產學合作合約書之大專院校所推薦之獎助學生，亦列為擇優獎助對象，且校方未來與本院申請之護理實習梯次同樣優先篩選。
四、獎助內容及期間：依申請任職年限獎助，每學期獎助金新臺幣(以下同)六萬元整。
五、受獎助學生需簽定「臺北市立聯合醫院提供院校護理相關科系學生獎助金服務合約書」，畢業後依據本院規定到職日履行保證義務年限。(例如：申請二學期獎助金，其服務年限為服務一年。)
六、申請方法：符合獎助對象之學生，填妥「臺北市立聯合醫院提供院校護理相關科系學生獎助金申請表」，而第2次(含)以上領取獎助金學生，填妥「臺北市立聯合醫院提供院校護理科系學生獎助金申請表-第2次(含)以上領取者」，並依申請表檢附資料查檢表依序檢附相關資料，經學系（科）用印後於115年09月30日（三）前送至本院護理部審查，逾期不再受理申請(郵戳為憑)。
七、一年級上學期申請者先提送申請，後補資料核發經費方式進行：一上學期結束後，補成績單，確認符合補助者再核發費用。
八、第一次申請之學生，請提供台北富邦銀行或第一銀行的帳戶 (帳戶戶名須為學生本人)。
九、檢附獎助金申請須知、獎助金申請表、獎助金服務合約書各一份提供參考。
十、請務必使用當年度公告之申請表格申請，合約書及領款收據有塗改處，請務必蓋章或簽名。

I. To enhance the standard of clinical healthcare, this hospital has established a program of industry-academia collaboration to jointly train students and provide appropriate employment opportunities, thereby improving the quality of medical care for citizens. At the same time, to support economically disadvantaged and Indigenous students, and to encourage outstanding nursing students to pursue careers in clinical nursing care after graduation, this hospital is accepting applications for scholarships and grants from students in nursing-related programs.
II. Eligibility:
(1) Students enrolled in nursing or nursing and midwifery programs at colleges or universities.
(2) Students who have previously applied for grants from this hospital for one semester or longer (see attached list).
III. Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Recipients must have achieved an academic GPA of 75 or higher and a conduct grade of 80 or higher in the semester prior to application. Eligible candidates will be selected based on merit within the available quota.
(2) Students recommended by colleges and universities that have signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with this Hospital for this program will also be considered for selection based on merit. Furthermore, their institutions will receive priority consideration when applying for future nursing internship cohorts with this Hospital.
IV. Scholarship Amount and Duration: The scholarship amount is determined based on the required length of service and is NT$60,000 per semester (all amounts hereinafter in New Taiwan Dollars).
V. Recipients must sign the “Taipei City United Hospital Service Contract for Grants Provided to Students in Nursing-Related Programs at Educational Institutions” and, upon graduation, fulfill the required service period in accordance with the Hospital is regulations. (For example: If a student applies for two semesters of grants, the required service period is one year.)
VI. Application Procedure: Eligible students must complete the “Taipei Municipal United Hospital Scholarship Application Form for Students in Nursing-Related Departments at Institutions of Higher Education.” Students receiving the scholarship for the second time or more must complete the “Taipei Municipal United Hospital Scholarship Application Form for Students in Nursing Departments at Institutions of Higher Education—For Recipients Receiving the Scholarship for the Second Time or More.” They must also attach the required documents in the order specified in the Application Form Document Checklist, After obtaining the official seal from the student is department (or program), submit the application to the Hospital is Nursing Department for review by Wednesday, September 30, 115. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted (as evidenced by the postmark).
VII. For first-year students applying during the first semester, the process follows a “submit application first, submit supplementary materials later” procedure: After the first semester ends, submit the transcript; funds will be disbursed only after eligibility is confirmed.
8. Students applying for the first time must provide a bank account with Taipei Fubon Bank or First Bank (the account holder is name must be the student is own).
9. Attached are one copy each of the Scholarship Application Guidelines, the Scholarship Application Form, and the Scholarship Service Agreement for your reference.
10. Please be sure to use the application forms announced for the current academic year. If there are any alterations to the contract or payment receipt, please be sure to affix a seal or sign them.
