一、依據衛生福利部115年7月9日衛部心字第1151761721號函辦理。
二、衛生福利部辦理旨揭計畫，公開徵求期間自即日起至115年7月31日止（以郵戳為憑）。
三、本計畫補助對象包括合法立案之財（社）團法人、基金會、學（協）會、公（私）立研究機構、大專院校及醫院等，請協助轉知轄內符合資格之機構，並鼓勵於期限內踴躍提出申請。
四、檢附衛生福利部來函及計畫申請說明書各1份；相關資訊亦可至衛生福利部官網「便民服務」項下「補助公告專區」查詢（https:／／www.mohw.gov.tw/lp-7283-1.html）。

**Subject: Call for Proposals for the [Name of the Program]**
**I. Basis for Implementation**
This announcement is made in accordance with the directive issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on July 9, 2026, under Reference No. MOHW-Heart-1151761721.
**II. Application Period**
The Ministry of Health and Welfare is now inviting applications for the aforementioned program. The application period runs from the date of this announcement until July 31, 2026 (applications will be accepted based on the postmark date).
**III. Eligible Applicants**
The program provides subsidies to the following eligible entities:
- Legally registered social organizations (associations or societies)
- Foundations
- Academic or professional associations
- Public or private research institutions
- Universities and colleges
- Hospitals
Please kindly inform and encourage eligible organizations within your jurisdiction to submit their applications before the deadline.
