115年大專校院籃球系際盃競賽規程，歡迎各系組隊報名參加！
一、職隊員註冊報名日期：
1.北區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月5日17:00止。
2.新北區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月5日17:00止。
3.桃竹苗區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月12日17:00止。
4.中彰投區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月5日17:00止。
5.雲嘉南區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月3日17:00止。
6.高屏區：115年7月22日9:00起至115年8月19日17:00止。
二、報名手續：
採網路線上報名，本校如有系隊欲報名參加請準備基本資料及照片、運動員保證書、個人資料使用授權同意書於8月12日（三）17：00前至建國校區體教中心申請報名，聯絡人：林筱瑋、聯絡電話：03-8572158轉22356、Email:lsw@gms.tcu.edu.tw
三、參賽單位：
1.校代表隊：配合中華民國大專院校體育總會各會員學校所舉辦之系際盃籃球賽競賽規程組隊之方式，各校優勝隊伍得代表該校參加本比賽分區預賽。
2.校代表隊之組成須以系為單位（同系之日夜間部可組隊參賽，但不得跨系組隊）。
3.分區預賽：每校各分區得報名男生組、女生組，各組以參賽 1 隊為限。
四、參賽資格：
1.參賽球員以各校 114 學年度第二學期及 115 學年度第一學期均正式註冊在學之學生，每人限報名 1 隊。
2.身體狀況：身體健康及性別，由參加各校自行指定醫院檢查及生理性別認定，可以參加劇烈運動者，並由運動員於運動員保證書（附件二）中具結，始能報名參加。
3.凡曾報名參加大專籃球聯賽公開組之球員，不可參加本賽事。
4.自 109 學年起，凡報名國內外任何職業聯盟之籃球隊、中華民國籃球協會所屬 SBL 之任何比賽者，不得報名大專校院籃球系際盃錦標賽。

Intercollegiate Basketball Cup Competition Regulations for the 115th Academic Year
We warmly invite all departments to form teams and register for participation!
**I. Registration Period for Teams:**
1. Northern Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 5, 115th Academic Year.
2. New Taipei Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 5, 115th Academic Year.
3. Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 12, 115th Academic Year.
4. Central, Changhua, and Taichung Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 5, 115th Academic Year.
5. Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 3, 115th Academic Year.
6. Kaohsiung and Pingtung Region: From 9:00 AM on July 22, 115th Academic Year, to 5:00 PM on August 19, 115th Academic Year.
**II. Registration Procedures:**
Online registration will be adopted. If any department of this university wishes to register a team, please prepare basic information, photos, the Athlete Guarantee Form, and the Personal Data Usage Authorization Agreement, and submit them to the Physical Education Center at Jianguo Campus before 5:00 PM on August 12 (Friday).

**III. Participating Units:**
1. School Representative Teams: Teams will be formed in accordance with the regulations of the Intercollegiate Sports Association of Taiwan. The winning teams from each school will represent their respective institutions in the regional preliminary rounds of this competition.
2. The composition of school representative teams must be based on departments. Students from the same department (including day and evening classes) may form a team, but cross-departmental teams are not allowed.
3. Regional Preliminary Rounds: Each school may register one team for the men is division and one team for the women is division in their respective region, with a maximum of one team per division.
**IV. Eligibility for Participation:**
1. Eligible players must be officially enrolled students at their respective institutions during the second semester of the 114th academic year and the first semester of the 115th academic year. Each player is limited to registering for one team.
2. Physical Condition: Players must be in good health and have their physiological gender certified by a hospital designated by their respective institutions. Players must complete the Athlete Guarantee Form (Attachment 2) to confirm their eligibility for participation.
3. Players who have previously registered for the Intercollegiate Basketball League (Open Division) are not eligible to participate in this competition.
4. Starting from the 109th academic year, players who have registered with any domestic or international professional basketball league, or participated in any SBL (Super Basketball League) matches organized by the Basketball Association of Taiwan, are not eligible to participate in the Intercollegiate Basketball Cup Championship.
