各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為因應全球永續發展趨勢，提升大專院校學生在碳管理與能源管理領域的專業能力，本校特舉辦「ISO 14064-1、ISO 50001 與 ISO 14067 碳管理與永續發展研習課程」。本課程結合三大國際標準，協助學員掌握溫室氣體盤查、能源績效改善、產品碳足跡計算及 ESG 揭露等核心技能，為未來企業淨零轉型與永續發展奠定堅實基礎。
課程內容涵蓋碳盤查實務、能源管理、碳足跡表單填寫與資料庫應用等主題，並安排認證考試，協助學員取得國際認證。全程參與者可獲合作企業核發之研習時數證明（電子檔），通過認證考試者亦可取得相應之證書。課程資訊如下：
1. 報名資格：全國公私立各大技專校院在學學生。
2. 課程時間：115年8月5日（三）、8月6日（四）、8月7日（五），共計3天。
3. 課程地點：國立成功大學自強校區化工系館1樓-柏林講堂（臺南市東區大學里大學路1號）。
4. 人數上限：實體140人／線上200人。
5. 課程費用：免費參加。
6. 認證考試：課程期間每日17:00-18:00辦理，分三階段，每階段含7小時課程及1小時測驗，考試方式依課程安排採實體紙本或線上測驗。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To align with the global trend of sustainable development and enhance the professional competencies of university students in the fields of carbon and energy management, our university is pleased to announce the 「ISO 14064-1, ISO 50001, and ISO 14067 Carbon Management and Sustainable Development Training Program」. This program integrates three major international standards to assist participants in mastering core skills such as greenhouse gas inventory, energy performance improvement, product carbon footprint calculation, and ESG disclosure, thereby laying a solid foundation for future corporate net-zero transformation and sustainable development.
The course content covers practical aspects of carbon inventory, energy management, carbon footprint form filling, and database application. A certification examination will also be arranged to help participants obtain international certification. Full participants will receive an electronic certificate of training hours issued by partner enterprises, and those who pass the certification examination will also receive the corresponding certificate. The course details are as follows:
1. **Eligibility**: Current students from all public and private colleges and universities across Taiwan.
2. **Course Dates**: August 5 (Monday), August 6 (Tuesday), and August 7 (Wednesday), 2026. The program will last for three days.
3. **Venue**: Berlin Lecture Hall, 1st Floor, Department of Chemical Engineering Building, National Cheng Kung University, Tsaicang Campus (No. 1, University Road, University District, Tainan City).
4. **Capacity**: 140 participants for on-site attendance and 200 for online participation.
5. **Course Fee**: Free of charge.
6. **Certification Examination**: Conducted daily from 17:00 to 18:00 during the course. The examination is divided into three stages, each consisting of 7 hours of coursework and 1 hour of assessment. The examination format will be either on-site paper-based or online, as scheduled.

- **Registration Period**: From today until 17:00 on July 30, 2026 (Saturday). Registration will close early if capacity is reached.

**Important Notes**:
1. Course registration does not equate to completing the certification examination registration. Those wishing to participate in the certification examination must complete the examination registration and payment within the specified deadline.
2. **Certification Examination Fee**: The original price for each certification is NT$1,800. A special discounted rate of NT$600 per certification is available, and a combined registration fee of NT$1,500 for all three certifications.
3. The certification question bank, examination links, and related information will be notified via email prior to the examination.
