一、2026臺北生成藝術節將於115年8月29日（星期六）假松山文創園區1號倉庫舉辦。本活動為因應AI科技演進潮流，以「演算創世×臺北覺醒」為主題，結合生成式AI與藝術創作，透過競賽、展示及互動體驗，鼓勵民眾運用AI工具探索創意表達，推廣人工智慧科技與藝術文化跨域融合，兼具教育推廣與寓教於樂之特色。
二、本屆競賽設有圖像創作、漫畫創作、影片創作及音樂創作等四大類別，歡迎對生成式AI應用、數位創作、藝術設計及影音創作有興趣之同仁、學生及社會大眾踴躍參與，相關報名資訊如下：
(一)報名方式：採網路報名，正式報名期間為115年7月13日下午2時至8月14日中午12時。
(二)參賽資格：
1、以個人名義參賽。
2、每人限報名1個主題。
3、限年滿13歲以上之中華民國國籍參賽參賽者，如未於競賽當日年滿18歲，報名時須經法定代理人書面同意。
(三)預熱活動體驗：本活動於正式競賽前針對「影片創作」及「音樂創作」組別辦理預熱活動，民眾可至指定場域體驗生成式AI創作，完成指定任務並於正式報名時上傳相關證明者，得享優先入選資格（如全數報名者皆具優先入選資格，將依報名完成時間及志願序統一分發）。另「臺北市立動物園」及「自來水園區」提供限額免費入場券供有意參與者事先索取，數量有限，相關資訊請詳活動官網。

**Announcement: Taipei Generative Art Festival 2026 – Call for Participation**
The Taipei Generative Art Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Warehouse No. 1, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. In response to the evolving trends of AI technology, this year is festival will be themed “Algorithmic Genesis × Taipei Awakening.” The event aims to integrate generative AI with artistic creation through competitions, exhibitions, and interactive experiences. It encourages the public to explore creative expression using AI tools, promoting interdisciplinary fusion between artificial intelligence and art and culture. The festival combines educational outreach with engaging activities, offering both learning and entertainment.
The competition this year features four categories: Image Creation, Comic Creation, Video Creation, and Music Creation. We warmly invite faculty, students, and members of the general public who are interested in generative AI applications, digital creation, art design, and audiovisual production to participate actively. The following are the registration details:
**(1) Registration Method:** Online registration is required. The official registration period is from 2:00 PM on July 13, 2026, to 12:00 PM on August 14, 2026.
**(2) Eligibility:**
1. Participants must register individually.
2. Each participant is limited to one category.
3. Participants must be at least 13 years old and hold Taiwanese nationality. Those under 18 years old on the day of the competition must provide written consent from their legal guardian at the time of registration.
**(3) Pre-Competition Experience Activities:** Prior to the official competition, pre-event experience sessions will be held for the Video Creation and Music Creation categories. Participants can visit designated venues to experience generative AI creation. Upon completing assigned tasks and uploading relevant proof during official registration, participants will be granted priority selection eligibility. In the event that all registrants qualify for priority selection, entries will be allocated based on the order of registration and preference. Limited free admission tickets will be available at Taipei Municipal Zoo and Waterworks Park for those wishing to participate in advance.
