全球 ESG 浪潮來襲，企業不是正在轉型，就是在轉型的路上。這意味著：「綠領人才」現在是市場上的絕對稀缺財。為因應此，慈濟大學特舉辦「48小時『綠領人才』通行證！」課程，協助大家掌握未來大趨勢，提升個人職涯競爭力。
本課程以高效時數、名師引路及人脈拓展為核心，內容精準濃縮於 48 小時，由業內實戰專家親自授課，帶領學員直擊企業痛點，並提供與各界優秀菁英交流的機會，為跨界合作奠定基礎。課程資訊如下：

為鼓勵青年及弱勢族群參與，本課程提供考照補助措施，詳述如下：
1. 30 歲以下大專院校在校生，測驗及格可申請半額學費優惠。
2. 符合低收、中低收或身心障礙身分者，考試通過後可申請全額學費補助。
3. 校內同仁考試通過後，亦享有全額補助。

Greetings!
With the global ESG movement gaining momentum, companies are either undergoing transformation or are actively on the path to doing so. This signifies that "green collar professionals" are now a highly scarce resource in the job market. In response to this trend, Tzu Chi University is pleased to announce the "48-Hour 'Green Collar Professional' Pass!" course, designed to help you grasp the future direction of industry and enhance your career competitiveness.
The course focuses on efficiency, expert guidance, and networking opportunities. Its content is meticulously condensed into 48 hours, delivered by industry professionals with hands-on experience. Participants will gain direct insights into corporate challenges and have the chance to interact with outstanding individuals from various fields, laying the groundwork for cross-disciplinary collaboration. The course details are as follows:
1. **Course Dates:** August 3 to August 25, every Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (including lunch)
2. **Total Hours:** 48 hours

To encourage youth and disadvantaged groups to participate, the course offers examination fee subsidies as outlined below:
1. Full-time undergraduate or graduate students under the age of 30 may apply for a 50% tuition discount upon passing the assessment.
2. Individuals identified as low-income, middle-low-income, or persons with disabilities may apply for full tuition subsidy after passing the examination.
3. University staff who pass the examination are also eligible for full tuition subsidy.
